Through gentle breath awareness, progressive muscle relaxation, and calming imagery, you’ll be guided to soften tension and quiet the mind without pressure to fall asleep. There is nothing to achieve and nowhere you need to go. You are welcome exactly as you are in this moment. Whether sleep comes quickly or you simply rest quietly, your body is still restoring. Allow yourself to be supported as relaxation unfolds naturally. As your muscles soften and your breath settles, the nervous system has space to unwind, and the body remembers how to rest. This practice isn’t about forcing sleep, but about creating space for rest to unfold without effort. From this place of ease and support, sleep can return softly in its own time.
