Meditation Timer OnlineSara is a yoga nidra and meditation teacher devoted to helping women release the invisible mental load they carry each day. Her work centers on deep rest, nervous system repair, and creating spaces where high-functioning, capable women can soften without needing to perform, produce, or hold everything together. Drawing from her background as an educator working with students from Pre-K through adulthood, Sara understands the emotional labor of caregiving, leadership, and constant decision-making. Her guided practices offer structure without pressure, blending traditional Yoga Nidra, mindfulness, breath awareness, and restorative imagery to support sustainable restoration. She has completed trainings in Divine Sleep (R) Yoga Nidra, Mindfulness, Meditation, Restorative, Yin, Chair, and Children’s Yoga, and continues to study nervous system regulation and deep rest practices. Sara’s intention is simple: to create a space where you can set down responsibility for a while and remember that rest is allowed.
