The Journey Home is a tender journey of reconnection, guiding you back to the truth of who you are beneath the noise of life. With each breath, distance softens and the inner self draws closer into loving awareness. Parts of you that felt forgotten or far away are gently welcomed home, leaving you feeling whole, present, and quietly re-anchored in your own being.

Hello and welcome.

Today's meditation is an invitation to come home to yourself,

To settle,

To soften and to remember the quiet safety that already lives within you.

This practice is not about changing anything or fixing anything,

It's about allowing yourself to arrive just as you are,

To have acceptance and to meet yourself where you are currently at.

So find a quiet place where you won't be disturbed for the next 10 to 15 minutes.

This is your time to pause,

To listen and to reconnect.

Throughout this meditation I'll be asking for consent to guide you on this journey.

Everything here is with consent.

If at any moment you do not consent or you do not wish for energy to enter your field,

The energy will simply move around you.

This is your body,

Your life and you always get to choose.

So if you consent,

Simply nod your head or say yes out loud.

Let's begin.

Gently close down your eyes and take a slow deep breath in through your nose and then exhale fully through your mouth.

Again breathing all the way in two three hold and then breathe all the way out two three hold again all the way in two three hold and all the way out two three hold.

Allow your breath to find its own natural rhythm.

There is nothing you need to do here,

Nothing you need to achieve,

You are allowed to simply be here and be present.

With each inhale I want you to feel yourself arriving more fully into your body,

Becoming more present and with each exhale feel yourself settling,

Your body dropping and softening.

Let your shoulders relax,

Allow your jaw to unclench and let your tongue rest gently in your mouth.

Bring your awareness to your body and notice where your body is supported,

Whether that be a chair,

The floor,

A bed,

The earth beneath you.

Feel how you are being held without effort.

If you notice any areas of tightness or you might be holding on,

Simply acknowledge them,

Don't judge them,

There's no need to change them.

Imagine your breath just moving into those spaces like a warm comforting presence,

Offering ease and reassurance.

Now bring a gentle awareness to your thoughts and whatever is here is welcome.

These thoughts don't need to be pushed away or analyzed,

Simply notice them and let them drift past like clouds moving across a wide open sky.

As you breathe in I want you to say to yourself I am here,

I am present and as you breathe out say I am safe.

Inhale I am here,

I am present.

Exhale I am safe.

In I am here,

I am present.

Out I am safe.

Let these words land softly in your body.

Good,

Now I'd like you to imagine yourself walking along a quiet familiar path.

This path feels known to you,

It's peaceful,

It's unhurried and steady beneath your feet.

Take a moment to look around,

What do you see,

What do you hear,

What can you smell?

With each step you feel more grounded,

More present.

Ahead you see a small clearing,

In the center of the clearing is a simple welcoming space,

A circle that is surrounded by wildflowers.

You have never seen so many wildflowers in one place before,

It's breathtakingly beautiful.

It feels like home,

There is no expectation here,

No pressure,

Just warmth,

Ease and belonging.

So if you choose and with your permission,

Step into this space now.

Notice how your body responds as you step in,

Perhaps there is a sense of relief,

A softening,

A quiet exhale you didn't realize you were holding.

This is a place where you are allowed to rest,

Where nothing is required of you,

You feel so free.

Take a moment to sit or lie down here in amongst these wildflowers,

Allowing yourself to be completely supported.

Feel the ground beneath you,

Steady and reassuring,

The soft green grass like a comforting warm rug.

You're safe,

You are held.

And as you rest here,

Imagine a gentle,

Steady light beginning to glow within your chest,

Not bright or overwhelming,

Just warm,

Constant and calm.

This light represents your inner home,

The part of you that has always been here,

Quietly waiting,

Waiting for you.

And with each breath,

This light expands gently through your whole body,

Through your chest,

Your shoulders,

Down your arms,

Out your fingers,

Through your belly,

Down through your legs,

And out of your feet.

It goes all the way up through your neck and right up out the top of your head.

There is nothing to force,

Nothing to open,

It unfolds naturally.

But just rest here for a few moments,

Allowing yourself to feel this sense of belonging within yourself,

Within your body,

Within your life.

Good.

Let's make sure this light is fully connected and glowing and that there are no dark parts anywhere.

See the light fully,

Feel the connection.

Let it run freely through you.

Watch it.

Make sure it's all lit up.

Good.

You're doing beautifully.

As you're sitting or laying in the field surrounded by a circle of beautiful wildflowers,

I want you to feel that feeling,

The feeling of coming home.

Breathe all the way out and let your body fully relax and fall into the support of the ground beneath you.

And just know and recognize this feeling.

This is what coming home to me feels like.

That's it.

And when you're ready,

I want you to slowly start to bring your focus back to your breath,

Breathing in and breathing out.

Again,

All the way in.

Feel your body again,

The surface beneath you,

The space around you.

You can gently bring movement into your body,

Wiggling your fingers and your toes,

Reawakening your physical body,

Stretching.

And when you feel ready,

Slowly open your eyes.

And you're carrying this feeling of coming home with you,

Knowing that this place of safety,

Presence and calm is always available to you.

Saying to yourself,

I am at home within myself.

I am safe to be here.

I belong.

Good.

Take one final deep breath in and exhale all the way out,

Knowing that you are grounded.

You are present.

You are home.

Well done.
