Gratitude is a gift that fills our spirits with an enduring warmth. Here we will practice tuning into gratitude, feeling this within our body and radiating gratitude through every cell in our being. Gratitude is a gift that fills our spirits with an enduring warmth.

Gratitude notices and feels the little moments that hold meaning through the day,

The aspects that form memories or a fondness that travels with us.

On your next breath,

Invite yourself to journey to thoughts or feelings of gratitude right now in this moment.

Notice where it takes you.

No need to question,

Just let your curiosity wander.

A friend,

A moment,

A sensation,

Personal accomplishments,

Kindness received,

Kindness given,

Anything that for whatever reason holds meaning for you in your life.

Just hold this moment of gratitude here,

As if you can see the moment.

Now notice if you feel this in your body anywhere,

Again no need to question,

Just feel.

How would you describe the feeling?

Does it have a color or is it more a sensation?

Now imagine breathing this feeling deeper into your body,

This feeling of gratitude.

Let this feeling radiate through your body,

Filling every single cell in your body and even illuminating outside of your body,

As if your whole being is lighting up.

Just feeling this moment,

This gratitude.

The more we tune into gratitude,

Something magical happens.

We start to notice more,

More moments.

What joy this can bring to our days.

Others may even see this radiating from your smile,

In your presence.

And on days where it's a little harder to feel gratitude,

There's always something that we can find,

Something to feel grateful for.

Today,

Even the smallest moments can hold the greatest power.

And letting the image fade,

But perhaps still feeling those ripples of gratitude within.

With love and wishes of gratitude for you.

Namaste.
