Let's begin by placing your hands gently on your heart and taking a deep inhale and gentle exhale deep inhale and gentle exhale continuing with this breath and inviting your body and your mind to arrive here here in this beautiful,

Safe,

And loving space that you've carved out for yourself when you're ready,

You can close down the eyes and begin to watch your breath noticing where it begins and ends in the body as you breathe in envision calm and relaxation entering your body and as you exhale send through your exhalation any stress or tension allowing yourself to continue with this breath and melt into a state of relaxation using two fingers begin to tap on any area you feel intuitively called to as I repeat these affirmations I am safe I am loved I am peace I am safe I am loved I am peace I am safe I am peace you can stop tapping and place your hand gently on your right nostril breathe in through your left nostril exhaling through your mouth envisioning your anxiety like black smoke leaving your body inhale again through your left nostril and allow any anxiety to release as you exhale through the mouth repeating this for a minute or so again every inhale bringing in calm and every exhale releasing any stress or tension returning your breathing to normal as we prepare to close place the palms of your hands over your eyes shutting out any light this allows for your nervous system to completely relax and fully reset simply noticing the quiet here and any shifts from this time together as you float in this quiet,

Peaceful space you've created when you're ready you can return your hands again to your heart sealing in this work and knowing that you have the incredible power to come home to this space,
