I invite you to find your seat and ground into the floor beneath you and take a couple of deep breaths breathing in through the nose and breathing out through the mouth feeling how you by each breath is coming home more and more to you feel how your connection with the ground is getting stronger your connection with the earth your connection with mother earth through your roots feel how you exchange energy you give to her and she gives to you so allow this beautiful blend of energies to move up through your roots into your feet into your root chakra into your legs your ankles your knees and move your presence into your ankles connecting with your direction in life softening strengthening allowing movement or stabilizing as the energy moves up to your knees feel how you reconnect with your ancestors through your own past lives parallel lives and how you jointly give to your knees what it is you need again reminding you of the roots of the ancestors of all the support and power that's available or perhaps clearing what part of you is connected to the ancestors and what part of you that's moving forward in a new way using the ancestors knowledge and wisdom but also creating your own path allow yourself to receive whatever it is you need into your knees the grounding energy continue to move up through your thighs into your womb into your sacral chakra and feel how you from here deeply connects with mother earth and allow yourself to be transported to the time of matriarchy to the age of cancer to the time on earth where natural law and universal law was all that was applied a time where you have lived many lives from where you can draw wisdom in this time time allow yourself to ground into this energy that yourselves know very well a time without attachment a time where you knew how to live in co-creation with mother earth with all the living in abundance in richness in love and feel how this energy rushes from your roots all the way through your body through your energy body awakening the memories in yourselves allow this energy to move through you like water water without container moving your energy into remembrance starting from your womb space to your thighs flushing down through your legs again your knees your ankles and your feet moving in a spiral movement from your womb up to your solar plexus allowing you to remember how it felt to be in your natural power to be in vulnerability to move with the energy without constraints to allow this matriarchal energy to continue move up into your heart allowing all shields to come down letting the heart remember how it felt to be fully open without need of protection and continue move this energy up to your shoulders and out through your arms remembering how it was to create without restrictions without a purpose or a goal i will now invite you to another place in time and space a point where time and space create gravity moving you into the earth realizing the necessity of structure of foundations of boundaries and social contracts and even though it might feel reluctant slowly slowly allow some boundaries around this matriarchal energy perhaps they're really far away perhaps you want them close from a higher perspective see how these structures actually were needed at one point in time and how with this structure new qualities also needed to be developed also needed to be developed go within and feel and feel how the word responsible feels to you how does that word resound in your body in your soul and in your spirit and moving into the present and what are the responsibilities that you no longer need to have or carry allow them to leave your system,

Your spirit,
Your soul,
Your body and allow the earth to transform this energy into the new and now connect with your heart,
Your soul and your body and ask yourself if there are new responsibilities for you to take on to serve yourself and your further growth feel the support of mother earth in this quest and reflection the drum is silenced and i invite you to yet another space and time into the present and having both the present feminine energy and present masculine energy by your side to the left and to the right what is the energy you feel perhaps it's the feminine perhaps is the masculine and to the right what is the energy you feel the feminine or the masculine and start by inviting the feminine energy into your system allowing it to fully embrace you how does it feel where can you feel it perhaps the energy has got a message for you how you can connect even deeper dropping any expectations of what a feminine energy might feel like feel like communicate like look like smell like allow this energy to expand within you and to anchor deep within you again into yourselves into your bones into your blood into your fascia,
Your nervous system into all of your organs and slowly slowly this feminine energy moves back and continues in the background while your attention moves to the masculine energy moving into your system and embracing you again observe how it feels letting go of misconceptions and experiences you've had before how does this masculine present energy feel where do you perceive it somewhere in your body in your energy body perhaps in your mind perhaps in your heart in your feet allowing you to wake up be healthy the balanced the new masculine perhaps it has perhaps it has a message for you a way that you can connect even deeper and from this point you now invite the feminine energy yet again and feel how these two start to co-create to work to work together to integrate and create this beautiful team that supports you in different ways that gives you different gifts and perhaps today wants to find a new balance and from this point allow these energies to do the work while you feel carried by Mother Earth and by your own beautiful energy
