Welcome.
Take a moment to settle into your body.
There is nowhere you need to be right now.
Nothing you need to fix.
Nothing you need to force.
Just allow yourself to arrive.
Take a deep inhale through the nose.
And exhale slowly through the mouth.
Again,
Breathing in.
And breathing out.
Allowing the breath to soften the shoulders.
The jaw.
The chest and the space around your heart.
Today we're sitting with something tender.
Spiritual isolation.
You the quiet seasons,
The disconnected seasons,
The moments where you may feel distant from yourself,
From others,
From purpose,
Or even from the divine.
And if you've been in a season like this,
I want you to know that you are not failing.
Sometimes isolation is not punishment.
Sometimes it is an invitation.
An invitation to slow down.
To listen differently.
To meet yourself underneath the noise of the world.
So often we are taught to constantly seek answers outside of ourselves.
More validation,
More certainty,
More movement.
But there are seasons where life gently removes the distractions,
And in that stillness,
We come face to face with ourselves.
Not the version performing,
Not the version surviving.
Not the version trying to hold everything together.
Just you.
Breathing,
Existing,
Learning how to sit with your own soul.
Take another deep breath here.
And as you exhale,
Imagine releasing the pressure to have everything figured out.
You do not need to rush your becoming.
Even the earth has seasons.
The trees do not bloom all year.
The moon does not remain full every night.
There are seasons for growth and seasons for retreat.
Seasons where life asks you to go inward.
And although spiritual isolation can feel lonely,
It can also become sacred.
Because in the silence,
You begin to hear what was always there beneath the surface.
Your intuition,
Your truth,
Your needs,
Your grief,
Your softness,
Your humanity.
Maybe this season has felt uncomfortable.
Maybe you've questioned yourself.
Maybe you felt disconnected from community,
Purpose,
Creativity,
Or even joy.
But what if this season is not asking you to become someone else?
What if it is gently asking you to return to yourself?
Notice your breath.
Slow,
Steady,
Alive.
Even now,
Your body continues supporting you.
Your heart continues beating.
Life continues to move through you.
You are not abandoned.
You are in transition.
And transitions often feel uncertain before they feel meaningful.
Place one hand over your heart if that feels supportive.
And silently repeat.
I can honor this season without rushing through it.
I am allowed to rest.
I trust that clarity can emerge slowly.
I honor and cherish all parts of me.
Take a deep breath in.
And slowly exhale.
Imagine yourself sitting beside a quiet body of water.
Still.
Gentle,
Reflective.
The surface may not always be clear,
But beneath it,
There is depth.
There is movement.
There is life.
The surface may not always be clear,
But beneath it,
There is depth,
There is movement,
There is life.
You are allowed to be in a season that others do not fully understand.
You are allowed to outgrow spaces.
You are allowed to pause.
You are allowed to reconnect with what truly nourishes your spirit.
Sometimes healing is not loud.
Sometimes transformation looks like resting,
Like saying no,
Like grieving,
Like becoming quieter so you can finally hear yourself again.
And slowly with patience.
With compassion,
Light begins returning.
Not all at once,
But gently.
A deeper understanding,
A softer heart,
A clearer inner voice,
A stronger relationship with yourself.
Take another full breath in.
And as you exhale,
Allow yourself to release any shame surrounding where you are right now.
You're not broken.
You're not behind.
You are becoming.
Let yourself rest in that.
A few more breaths here.
Breathing in.
And breathing out.
Inhaling softness,
Exhaling pressure.
Inhaling presence,
Exhaling fear.
As we begin to close this practice,
Remember Even in isolation,
You are still connected.
Connected to breath.
Connected to life.
Connected to your inner wisdom.
Connected to the possibility of renewal.
And maybe this season is not empty.
Maybe it is sacred space.
A space where you are slowly learning how to come home to yourself.
Take one final deep inhale and a long gentle exhale.
And you feel ready.
Softly begin bringing your awareness back to your body.
Wiggling the fingers.
The toes and gently opening the eyes.
Thank you for being here.
