Have you ever felt overlooked,
Unseen,
Not fully witnessed?
Have you ever felt invisible?
Invisible yet quietly yearning to share your heart with the world.
Maybe there are parts of you that want to be expressed,
Your voice,
Your truth,
Your desires,
But something is holding you back,
A fear of being judged,
Misunderstood,
Seen too clearly,
Because being seen can feel scary,
And sometimes what feels even more scary is really witnessing yourself,
Seeing yourself for who you really are.
For some of us,
The inner critic can be loud,
So loud that it feels easier to barely notice ourselves at all,
And yet there is a way to gently honor all parts of who you are,
Even the parts that you've learned to hide,
Even the parts that feel tender or vulnerable.
And if this resonates,
I invite you to repeat these words quietly to yourself or out loud if that feels safe.
May I feel held in my body.
May I honor all parts of me.
May I trust my own pace.
Because you are allowed to take up space.
You are allowed to be seen,
And maybe not all at once,
And maybe not perfectly,
But honestly.
I invite you to place a hand on your heart.
Take one full breath in through your nose and out through your nose.
Because nothing else is required of you right now.
You don't need to perform or prove anything.
Take up exactly the amount of space that feels right for you.
Because it is safe for you to be seen.
