When the world outside feels too loud,

Your light remains.

But sometimes we forget to tend to it.

We move through the motions,

Offering kindness to others,

Yet leaving ourselves behind.

So today,

I invite you to pause,

To come home to yourself,

To soften into the warmth that has always been here,

Waiting for your return.

Place a hand over your heart.

Feel its steady rhythm,

A reminder that you are here,

That you are alive,

That you are worthy of your own care.

Breathe in love,

Breathe out anything that feels too heavy to hold.

And as you sit in this space,

Know this,

You do not have to earn your worth.

You do not have to strive to be enough.

You already are.

Let your breath be a gesture of compassion.
