Thank you for being here.

I invite you to find a comfortable position,

Either sitting or lying down.

Let your eyes close gently or soften your gaze so you can bring your attention inward.

Take a deep breath in through your nose,

Beginning to tune into the natural rhythm of your breath,

Trying our best not to alter or change our inhale or exhale.

We're just merely becoming a witness to where we are right here in this moment.

When you're ready,

Take another deep breath in,

And as you exhale,

Imagine yourself stepping into a beautiful,

Thriving garden.

This garden is your inner world,

And the soil beneath your feet is rich and fertile.

This soil is the foundation of your being,

The essence of yourself.

Feel the safety and nourishment it provides.

This soil welcomes every seed,

No matter how small or imperfect,

Offering it a space to grow and thrive.

Silently repeat to yourself,

I am a fertile ground for growth.

I accept and nurture all parts of myself.

As you look around,

Notice the vibrant array of flowers in your garden.

Each one is unique,

Different shapes,

Colors,

And scents.

These flowers represent the diverse parts of your personality,

Each contributing to the richness of your inner world.

See the bold flowers that represent your confidence and strength.

Notice the delicate blossoms that embody your sensitivity and care.

Even the wild flowers,

Untamed and free,

Add a unique charm to the garden.

Take a moment to honor the diversity within you.

Silently repeat to yourself,

I celebrate the beauty and diversity of my inner world.

Every part of me has value and purpose.

Now step back and view your garden as a whole.

Notice how each flower,

Though different,

Is connected to the soil.

This soil,

The self,

Provides unity,

Holding all the parts together in harmony.

Feel the wholeness of your inner world,

Just as it is.

Let this unity fill you with a sense of peace and belonging.

Silently repeat to yourself,

I am whole.

My self unites all parts of me in love and harmony.

Take a deep breath in,

And gently exhale.

Feel gratitude for the garden within you.

The soil that nourishes,

The flowers that bloom,

And the unity that connects them all.

As you slowly bring your awareness back to the present moment,

Know that this garden is always within you.

A safe and nurturing space you can return to whenever you need it.

When you're ready,

Wiggle your fingers and toes,

And gently open your eyes.

I invite you to carry the peace of your inner garden with you as you move through your day.
