I'm so grateful you're here.
Take a moment to arrive fully,
Letting yourself settle into a space that you've created for reflection and ease.
Find a position that feels supportive,
Whether seated,
Lying down,
Or even standing.
Let your body guide you to what feels right today.
Take a deep,
Grounding breath in,
And as you exhale,
Soften your jaw,
Your shoulders,
Your belly.
Feel yourself slowly begin to land.
As you breathe naturally,
Notice what's present within you.
Is there calm?
Is there restlessness?
Maybe both.
Notice without judgment,
Just gentle curiosity.
Now I invite you to picture two rivers flowing side-by-side,
Each carrying different emotions.
One may hold joy,
Lightness,
And peace.
The other may carry sorrow,
Worry,
Or frustration.
Notice how both exist together,
Neither overpowering the other,
Just flowing.
Inhale deeply,
Imagining these rivers merging within you,
A place where contradictions meet.
Exhale,
Softening into this balance.
Ask yourself,
Where in my life do I feel pulled in opposite directions?
Can I hold both without needing to fix or change anything?
Imagine yourself standing between these rivers,
Feet grounded,
Heart open.
Say silently,
I am whole,
Even in my contradictions.
I invite you to place one hand on your heart and one on your belly.
Feel the breath weaving through both spaces,
Connecting,
Balancing.
As we close,
Take one more intentional breath in and exhale fully,
Releasing the need for certainty.
Wiggle your fingers,
Your toes,
And when you're ready,
Gently open your eyes.
You are spacious enough to hold it all.
