Welcome,

I'm grateful you've chosen this moment for yourself.

Take a slow,

Nourishing breath in through your nose,

Feel the air fill your lungs,

Expanding your chest,

Your belly,

And exhale softly through your mouth,

Letting the tension melt from your shoulders.

Again,

Inhale deep and steady.

Let it feel like a wave washing through your body,

And exhale slowly,

Like a gentle sigh,

Allowing yourself to soften just a bit more.

Begin to arrive.

Let your body settle into whatever position feels most honest to you right now.

Perhaps that is seated,

Lying down,

Or standing.

It's all welcome,

No performance needed,

Just presence.

Now begin to bring your awareness to the crown of your head.

With each breath,

Let a sense of ease wash downward.

Scan through your forehead,

Unclench your jaw,

And inhale again into the throat.

Feel the breath open space,

And exhale,

Letting go of any words left unsaid.

Feel your shoulders drop as you breathe out.

Inhale into your chest,

Feel it rise.

Exhale fully,

Softening into this moment.

Notice your hips,

Your thighs.

Breathe into anything holding space there,

Any gripping.

Let the exhale loosen and ground you.

Feel the breath reach your knees,

Your calves,

All the way to your feet.

Sense your connection to the ground beneath you.

You are supported,

You are safe to be here.

Let the breath be an offering,

An invitation to return to your essence.

Each inhale calls you home,

Each exhale frees you from the pressure to be anyone else.

A gentle reminder that you do not need to earn your place in this world by being agreeable,

Perfect,

Or pleasing.

You are not required to shrink to fit someone else's comfort.

Now gently ask yourself,

Where in my life am I hiding parts of me to feel safe?

Which rooms do I enter and leave feeling smaller?

What relationships ask me to abandon my truth?

There's no shame here,

Only noticing,

Only becoming.

I invite you to whisper,

I release the urge to be fake in order to survive.

I release the masks I've worn to be accepted.

I welcome back the pieces of myself I've tucked away.

See yourself standing at the edge of a doorway now.

Behind you are all the rooms that required a version of you that wasn't whole.

Ahead of you,

The unknown,

But it's yours.

Walk forward,

Gently,

With your full self intact.

You do not need to twist or shrink to belong.

Your authenticity is not too much.

It is a compass,

A light,

A prayer answered.

Place your hand on your heart.

Feel the truth beating there.

Feel the strength it takes to be real in a world that rewards performance.

I invite you to say softly to yourself,

I am worthy of spaces that honor all of me.

I trust that my truth will lead me to my people.

I choose to show up as I am.

Take one more deep,

Grounding breath in.

Fill up with self-trust,

With self-love.

And exhale with gratitude,

Letting that truth settle into your bones.

I hope you carry this knowing into your day.

You do not have to be fake to survive.

You are allowed to be whole and thrive.
