Take a moment now to get comfortable sitting up straight with your spine straight,
Breathing in through your nose and breathing out through your nose.
Now I would like for you to imagine a vortex of bright shining light spinning around your navel.
This circulating white ball of light is healing and rejuvenating you.
This swirling ball of light gets brighter and brighter and starts to move down into your pelvis,
Through your thighs and into your calves and down into your feet.
This luminous light moves into the ground,
Rooting you to this earth.
This healing light now roots and connects you to Mother Gaia.
It now moves back into your feet,
Through your leg and then circulates inside of your navel.
This opens your energy channels and heals you.
This swirling ball of healing bright light moves into the base of your spine,
Moving up inch by inch through and around each vertebrae and then goes into every organ and every tissue,
Cleansing and replenishing the energy all around.
This bright healing light moves into your spleen,
Bringing emotions of calmness and emotions of peace.
This galaxy of light is now in your kidneys,
Strengthening them,
Healing them and opening a channel of energy through them.
This ball of light moves into your liver and unblocks channels,
Filling them with the feeling of being fulfilled.
Imagine this spinning vortex of healing light now moving around all of your organs,
All of your tissues and your cells,
Rejuvenating and opening you up to the highest version of you.
Imagine this healing ball of light moving from your lower half into the upper half of your body,
Bringing you life force vitality.
Imagine this healing whirlpool of light moving into your lungs and into your heart,
Filling you up with emotions of joy and happiness.
This ball of healing light enters your throat,
Clearing up energy for speaking truth of the highest good.
These channels are now open.
Imagine this galaxy of light is now filling your eyes and your head with a beautiful illuminating energy that flows into your third eye.
Once it flows into your third eye,
It fills your entire body,
Encompassing your whole being with love.
Imagine this circulating ball of healing light in your shoulders and in your elbows,
Moving down into your hands,
Opening up your energy channels.
Imagine yourself entirely immersed in white healing light from the tip of your toes to the top of your head,
Completely surrounded by light.
Your light body is now activated,
And you can always come back to this meditation whenever you feel the need to completely fill yourself with light force energy.
