Let's start by closing our eyes.

Take some nice deep breaths.

Feel your chest and abdomen rise and fall with each breath.

Feel the gentle waves of your breath as it flows all through your body.

They flow through your legs,

To your toes.

They flow through the soles of your feet.

They flow through the heels.

They release all the tensions and stress from your feet.

They flow to your knees.

They flow to your thighs.

Your entire legs are now immersed in the gentle and nurturing waves of your breath.

The waves start moving up your body,

Surrounding your abdomen,

Expanding and contracting your belly,

Up to the diaphragm,

In and out of your lungs,

Purifying and rejuvenating them.

It moves into your arms,

Swirling into each finger.

It starts to fill up the space around your heart,

Causing a vibrant green glow around it that starts to fill up your chest.

And you realize,

In this moment,

You are truly you.

You are complete.

You are at peace.

You are fulfilled.

You are a pure loving being,

Forgiving,

Appreciating and full of creator light.

The waves travel up your face now,

Causing a gentle smile,

A pure smile,

A smile that lights up your soul.

The waves make their way to your third eye now.

You see a radiant dark blue color.

It makes you feel connected to your source.

You are not alone.

You are always loved and guided.

The waves of your breath cover your entire body now.

Your whole body moves with the rhythm of the waves.

You are one with it.

Integrating your whole being in the breath.

Breathing with mind,

Body and soul.

Now gently take your attention to the present moment,

To this beautiful day,

To the sounds of the chime.

Thank yourself for taking the time out to do this for yourself today,

For loving yourself,

For opening up yourself and taking care of your emotions one day at a time.
