Welcome to the Morning Boost Meditation.
Find a comfortable seated position,
Either on a chair or on the floor.
Keep your spine straight,
With your hands resting gently on your knees or on your lap.
Gently close your eyes and bring your attention to your breath.
Now inhale deeply through your nose,
Filling your lungs completely.
Hold the breath for a moment and then exhale slowly,
Releasing any tension or stress.
Now inhale deeply through your nose,
Filling your lungs completely.
Hold the breath for a moment and then exhale slowly,
Releasing any tension or stress.
With each breath,
Feel your body relaxing a bit more.
Bring your awareness to the top of your head,
Noticing any sensations there.
Slowly scan down through your body,
Moving your attention from your forehead,
To your eyes,
To your jaw,
To your neck,
Upper arms,
Lower arms,
Thumbs and fingers,
Your chest,
Abdomen,
Your pelvis,
Upper leg,
Lower legs,
And toes and fingers.
Allow your body to feel light and at ease.
Now that your body is relaxed,
Let's set an intention for the day.
Think about how you want to feel today.
It could be peaceful,
Joyful,
Productive,
Or anything else that resonates with you.
Hold that feeling in your mind and let it expand,
Filling your entire being.
Imagine yourself moving through your day with this energy guiding you.
Let this intention become your compass for the day ahead.
Picture yourself moving through your day with ease and grace.
See yourself handling any tasks or challenges with confidence and positivity.
Imagine the people you'll interact with,
The places you'll go,
And the experiences you'll have,
All unfolding in a way that aligns with your intention.
Feel the energy of success,
Joy and calm flowing through you as you visualize your day.
As we come to the end of this meditation,
Take a moment to thank yourself for taking this time to center and ground your energy.
Bring your awareness back to your breath,
Noticing the natural rhythm of your inhale and exhale.
When you're ready,
Gently wiggle your fingers and toes,
And slowly open your eyes,
Bringing this sense of peace and positivity with you as you step into your day.
