SECOND SEQUENCE Begin by finding a quiet and relaxing space to breathe.
Space to sit down.
Sit comfortably with a good posture so that your spine is elongated with a natural curve at the bottom.
Lower your chin slightly.
Now place your hands so that the index fingers and thumbs are touching at the tips.
And then close your eyes gently.
Bring your attention to your breath.
Taking a deep breath through your nose from the diaphragm.
Holding your breath for a moment at the top of your inhale.
And then exhale through your mouth.
Again,
Breathing deeply through your nose,
Filling up your lungs and your diaphragm.
Holding your breath for a moment at the top of your exhale.
Relax your face.
Feel the relaxation extending throughout your body.
Gradually relax more and more.
Now bring your focus to your third eye or your Anya center.
The space between your eyebrows.
Become aware of the Anya chakra opening and feel the gradual increase of energy in your pineal gland.
Feel it opening and radiating light.
Notice this light traveling outwards from your Anya chakra all around you.
Let go and release any negative or disruptive thoughts.
Continue to relax.
Allow the sphere of light in your forehead to open.
Observe this light radiating all around you,
Penetrating every inch of space that's around you.
Continue to relax your body.
As you do so,
Be aware of the sensation of your body becoming lighter and lighter.
Allowing your Anya to open.
Continuing to relax.
Now ask for divine help to open your third eye chakra.
Allow the light to flow through you out of your third eye chakra.
Now ask your higher self to fill you with pure white light.
This light fills you throughout into every place in and around you.
Now ask your higher self if there is a message about you opening your third eye.
Remain open and allow any messages that come to you.
Any thoughts,
Sensations,
Colors,
Sounds,
Or even smells.
However your higher self decides to send messages,
Just remain open and aware.
And take note of anything that comes to you.
Notice if any images,
Thoughts,
Or visions are arising.
And then thank your higher self for the messages provided.
Now I want you to repeat the following affirmations either out loud or in your head.
I am fully present in this moment here and now.
I see all things in clarity.
I am open to the wisdom within.
I can manifest my vision.
I trust and follow my intuition.
I am connected to my true path and purpose.
I am connected with the wisdom of the universe.
I am the source of my truth and my love.
I open myself to know my inner guidance and deepest wisdom.
I release and forgive the past.
I am now using my intuition and insight without fear and without delusion.
Slowly start to bring your awareness back to this present moment.
Begin to focus on your breath.
Start to feel the temperature of the air on your skin.
Feel the sensation of your clothes on your skin.
Feel the sensation of where your body connects with Mother Earth.
Gently bring some movement back into your body.
Take one last full inhale through your nose.
And then exhale,
Sigh it all out.
And when you're ready,
You can slowly open your eyes.
And then exhale,
Sigh it all out.
