Welcome Beloved This meditation invites you to release what no longer serves you and create space for clarity,

Focus and calm.

So begin by settling into a comfortable position,

Close down your eyes and take three slow deep breaths and as you do you feel the body soften,

The mind quiet.

Imagine a room inside your mind.

This is your sacred inner space.

Notice the objects,

Thoughts and worries in this room.

One by one allow them to gently float away,

Like leaves carried by a stream.

You do not need to hold on to them,

They are not yours to carry.

Feel the room becoming more spacious,

More orderly,

More peaceful.

Each inhale inviting clarity,

Each exhale releasing tension and distraction.

Bringing your attention to your body now,

Starting at the crown of your head and scanning down through your forehead,

Jaw,

Neck and shoulders,

Letting go of any tightness or strain,

Moving through your arms,

Your chest,

Belly,

Hips and feet.

With each exhale release effort,

Control and rigidity.

Now visualize a warm golden light filling your inner room,

Illuminating it with clarity and calm.

And as this room illuminates brighter and brighter with clarity and with calm,

You may repeat silently,

I release what no longer serves me,

And I create space for clarity and peace.

I am aligned with ease and flow.

Staying here for several breaths,

Letting the light settle,

The mind soften and the body relax.

When you feel ready,

Gently bring your awareness back to your breath,

Back to the body and back to the present moment.

And you may wiggle your fingers and your toes,

Taking a final deep grounding breath.

May you carry this spacious clarity with you as you move through your day.
