We are living in times of great change. At this time, it’s absolutely necessary to find our inner peace so that we can return back to our center to regenerate, refocus and reclaim our inner wholeness. Once balance is restored, we’re able to bring, calmness, tranquility, and are better able to handle life's challenges and situations in our lives.  In this healing meditation, we’ll process the evolutionary changes the body is going through. This is the fundamental basis for finding greater peace, compassion, understanding, acceptance and a deeper sense of connection to everything and everyone around us. It is through our connection, heart expansion and an increased sense of awareness that we can truly make a difference in this everchanging world.
