This is Rosemary Hernandez with the Healing Chamber Meditation.

So let's begin now by taking a nice deep breath in,

All the way in,

Down to the base of your stomach,

And release.

So let's take another nice deep breath in,

Fully inhale and release.

And as you breathe in this wonderful energy of light,

You release all that is lingering and that no longer serves you.

So let's just take another nice deep breath in,

All the way in,

And release.

And as you continue to breathe,

You go deeper and deeper into this now moment,

Filling up your entire being with liquid light,

With the energy of love.

Just bringing in,

Filling up your lungs,

Your airways,

Your cells with this beautiful breath of life.

So let's just take one more nice deep breath in.

And with each and every breath you take,

You simply allow yourself and give yourself permission to go deeper and deeper into your inner world.

And with the sound of my voice,

Just allow yourself to relax even more now,

Letting go of any thoughts,

Any worries,

Any concerns,

Or anything that may have come up throughout the day that might have happened and is still lingering in your mind.

Just let it all go and come back into this now moment,

Paying more and more attention to your breath as you allow this stillness to take precedence.

So as you breathe more of this beautiful energy in,

Just imagine now yourself walking down this beautiful path,

This beautiful pasture filled with green lush trees,

Beautiful flowers along the way.

And just envision now a beautiful waterfall in front of you,

Streaming down into a beautiful lake.

This waterfall is so beautiful,

So captivating.

So just allow yourself to be immersed in this moment as you bring your awareness now more and more into this inner reality,

This beautiful,

Calming,

Peaceful sense of reality.

And allow yourself to simply just be in this moment.

Nothing to do,

Nothing to think about.

Just be here now.

And so now envision now yourself walking down this beautiful,

Lush landscape and you come across this bubble of light.

It seems as if this beautiful,

Bright bubble is in the air.

And so you follow these bubbles as they lead you down the path into a brand new reality of existence.

And as you simply let go of any preconceived notions or ideas of what life should be,

You are taken and whisked away into this new reality,

Feeling and sensing the air around you,

Feeling the scents,

These beautiful nature scents and how they make you feel.

Bringing in now and coming into this beautiful awareness,

The stillness and calmness within.

And as your senses become even more aware,

Your eyes bring in the beautiful colors as they become even more vivid now of everything around you,

The beautiful greens and the blues and the pinks,

Everything is so vivid now.

And as your senses become even more alive,

They bring in new scents,

Scents of the flowers,

Some roses,

The trees,

The waterfall and all of nature around you,

Becoming more and more aware of these beautiful surroundings.

And so as you come up to this beautiful,

Great,

Grand tree before you,

You begin to touch this tree as it brings you comfort,

Solace and peace.

It's as if it's an old friend,

Someone you talked to as a child and you knew you could trust this being for you knew there were no secrets between you.

There just was a knowing and a trusting.

So you sit under this tree and you begin to feel the warmth of the sun touching your face and becoming a part of you,

So restful,

So peaceful.

And as this warmth becomes you,

It begins to generate a light and a heat from within that is ever more peaceful and loving,

Bringing your awareness now to this warmth,

To the temperature acclimating within your body now,

Feeling and sensing this warmth all around you.

So as you begin to become more aware of all the light around you,

These beautiful bubbles,

These effervescent bright bubbles around you begin to shimmer with the light and so you step into one of these bubbles and as you do,

You begin to feel even more alive,

Generating new feelings of love,

Of trust,

Of belonging,

This beautiful essence of these beautiful bubbles of light.

And so as these bubbles begin now to carry you away,

They take you down a tunnel,

A portal of light that seems as if it's electrifying and magnetizing you to it,

Exciting,

Loving,

Beautiful light taking you down this beautiful walkway and moving you even further now,

Further into this portal of light.

And so you begin to sense a whole new sensation around you and as this light takes you in through this portal,

It brings you to these light-filled chambers filled with crystalline light,

Shimmering light,

Just filling your entire field with the presence of this light.

So as you begin to look around,

You begin to see and make out little shimmering beings of light and they become familiar to you as you remember them from a long,

Long time ago and as you come into their presence,

They welcome you,

They smile at you and they make you feel at home as they generate feelings of love,

Of peace and trust.

And so they bring you closer to them and as you come into their awareness,

You can sense the strength of this light,

You can sense the strength of their love.

It is both radiant,

Electrifying and magnetic as this beautiful light shines forth.

And so these beautiful beings of light begin to walk with you as they take you down this portal,

This hallway into another room,

A crystal light room filled with prisms of light,

Beautiful shining light.

And you see before you this beautiful crystal bed and the beings now ask you to lie down on the crystal bed to prepare you for healing as this healing light is all around you now.

And so you lay down on this crystal bed and you immediately get a sense of knowing you've been here before,

Knowing the surroundings as all your memories come flooding back to you when you were here as a child,

When you were here when all your awareness was intact.

And as these rays of light begin to beam out from the crystals,

They begin to engage with your cells and every cell of your body begins to come alive as it recognizes the truth as if it is home,

Home within itself.

And as these atoms within your cells begin to communicate with one another,

They begin to speak the language and recognize one another.

And so your mitochondria begins to speak to the rest of your being for it remembers the feeling of being free,

Of being open,

Trusting,

And loving.

It remembers what it's supposed to do.

It remembers how to communicate with the rest of your cells as it now speaks to your stomach,

To your pancreas,

To your organs,

Generating even more current recognition and remembrance.

And so as your organs now recognize each other,

They remember what each is supposed to do for it is now working in conjunction with your divine blueprint of your true self.

And as your organs now begin to speak to one another,

Your liver speaks to your gallbladder and it fires up beautiful magnetic light that triggers all the functions of its natural abilities to work fully in your body system.

And as these organs now communicate with one another,

They remember what it is to be in union and loving unity.

And so this brings in more space for communication,

For true healing,

For regenerative processes to take place,

For refining these functions.

And as they begin to recognize one another,

They come into the full awareness that they are a part of you,

That they have always been a part of you,

That this loving,

These organs are all a part of your natural being.

And as these functions now begin to communicate to the rest of your body,

Signaling your brain,

They respond with,

I remember.

I remember you.

I know how to serve you.

I know how to be.

I know how to regenerate.

For you are the ultimate freedom within my soul.

And you've been working tirelessly for me throughout time,

Throughout eons of time,

Generating millions and millions of cells,

Regenerative cells,

Filling the entire space with newness,

With brightness,

In unity.

And as these organs now communicate with one another,

Your brain now communicates with your spinal cord,

And it fills all the gaps that were missing,

All those empty spaces that did not have the light.

So it sends signals throughout your entire body now,

Sending signals to every organ,

Every function,

To work properly with one another,

Bringing in more life to your eyesight,

To your throat,

To your heart,

To your stomach,

To your organs,

And anywhere else that may need more light now begins to fill up with this beautiful bright light,

Beautiful colors imbued like a Christmas tree throughout your entire body now.

And as you allow this all to take place,

It happens so naturally,

So effortlessly,

And so you grow to trust and allowance,

And you begin to feel its love,

For they are your family.

These organs and everything within you is a part of you,

For they have never left you.

And so as these crystal rays of light continue to seep into every cell of your being,

These multidimensional points within your essence creates a new sense of self,

A new sense of being,

As they pass through the time barrier,

Reaching out throughout all existence of time,

All the way back to the beginning,

Back to your original blueprint,

Your original healthy state of being,

Where your body begins to integrate the original plan of your existence.

And as the creator light now begins to bring in new waves of light,

It fills your entire being with pure divine essence,

The source of origination,

Where your heart is now fully emblazed with love,

And the purity of your divine essence.

So you come now into the full knowing and awareness that you are the creator,

That you are source,

That you are made in the image and likeness of pure divine light.

And as you make this connection,

You remember,

This is home,

This is where you began.

And so as your body temple now begins to recuperate and regenerate itself,

It releases old patterns of behaviors,

It releases addictions,

Excess,

And anything that is not the norm or healthy.

It releases daunting programs,

Programs of trauma,

Or of unhealthy behavior,

As they now begin to leave your body as if puffs of smoke being released into the ethers,

Back into the universe to be transmuted,

Back into love,

Releasing any thoughts of negativity,

Releasing any old programs,

Routines,

Ruts,

Habits,

And anything and everything that may be keeping you stuck,

Spinning your wheels,

Or in a loop,

Are now breaking away and releasing now,

Clearing and cleansing from your mind,

Your body,

And soul.

And as you continue now to simply relax in this moment,

You begin to feel the warmth once again as this healing that is taking place is now preparing you to come into a new chapter in your life where you're now ready to face the world,

To have the world see you,

To be imbued by the beauty of love and light that this universe has to offer as it now is able to bring to you many more beautiful experiences that you have now allowed in.

And as this now begins to generate new feelings of freedom,

It begins to take you into more positive aspects of your being where there is new feelings of confidence,

Of strength,

Of courage,

Of pure love.

And so you become aware of many more possibilities that are within you now as they are revealed to you in the moment.

For if you now have cleared the old,

It allows the new to come in for more happiness,

More joy,

Increased strength,

Divine right relationship,

And for knowing who you are.

So just allow now,

Allow yourself to be carried in this gentle loving light as it begins to integrate within your entire being,

As it renews you,

As you become the best part of you,

Coming forward now,

Feeling at home,

And feeling like your true self once again.

So now,

As this light surrounds you and enfolds you,

This beautiful light encapsulates you so that no external energies or harmful energies can enter,

So that you can become sovereign unto yourself,

Fully encapsulated in your own energetic field to feed you,

To nurture you,

And to generate all of the energy that you need for your self-sourcing now with your essence,

With the purity of your heart and soul as you are now fully ready to come alive.

And as you now prepare to reclaim all that belongs to you,

All the energy that is you,

Your birthright,

It releases feelings of love,

Endorphins,

Of joy,

And of being.

And you are now fully aware of your own source of light,

Your Taurus field,

As it moves in and around your field now,

Moving in through the top of your head,

Down through your body,

Out through your feet,

And encircling itself once again right back up to the top of your head,

Fully circulating within you,

Fully encapsulated by your bubble of light,

No longer leaking any energy,

No longer having tears in your aura as your aura is now sealed for your protection so that you can move forward in your own strength and in the completeness and wholeness of your divine being.

And so now,

As we come to the end of this healing,

Know that this healing is permanent,

That this will always be with you,

That your being of light is a part of you now,

As it will always generate and regenerate your cells from within,

Healing any organ,

Any tissue,

Any tendon,

Any muscle,

As all is now in the full awareness of your light.

And as you now come up off of the crystal bed,

You are given this beautiful gift from the angels around you,

This beautiful gift that only belongs to you.

And so you hold out your hand to receive this gift.

You remember and know exactly what it represents.

It is for you to cherish and behold the treasure within,

That of your beautiful light.

And as you open your arms to receive this gift,

You hold it in your hands and you bring it up to your heart,

As it now belongs to you.

And so now,

It's time to return,

To return to the place where you first began,

To the present moment.

But know that this is also your reality,

For you are a multidimensional being of light.

You live in all dimensions and you bring forth the gifts of your Divine Self,

Gifts of strength and of courage,

To live and to be the fullness of your being and to live in the utmost existence in this lifetime,

To bring forth all of your treasures into the present moment.

And so now,

As you make your way back home,

You give thanks to all of the beautiful beings of light that were here in assistance for your health and your well-being,

For gifting you back this truth,

For honoring who you are,

For valuing who you are,

For cherishing your light,

Your heart,

Your mind,

Your body,

Your soul,

And your truth.

And as you make your way back now,

Down to the path,

Down to that portal of light,

Coming back now,

Becoming aware of all that has transpired,

Of all that's been gifted to you,

As it now becomes evident that you are this light.

And so you walk down this pathway that looks even brighter now,

And this feeling of remembrance,

This feeling of connection,

Of understanding,

Of compassion,

Of knowing and sensing of your truth and who you really are,

As more and more comes to life within you.

And as you have now reached down into the depths of your being to bring back the original template of health and well-being,

And as you make your way back now,

You feel your body once again,

Back in the room,

Feeling the presence around you,

And gently opening your eyes,

You return with a renewed sense of being,

A renewed sense of self,

With gratitude,

Appreciation,

And love,

Creating now new avenues of unlimited possibilities.

So that they are now fully integrated within your being,

So they can now be implemented within your world,

Within your reality,

So that you can be the person you came here to be.

As the truth of light now lives within you,

Shines forth ever more so brightly than ever before,

Coming back now to the purity of your soul,

The radiance of your light,

Trusting,

Knowing,

And loving yourself completely.

And with this,

You know you are love.

And so it is.
