Balancing out security,
Safety,
Your foundation,
Your love,
For grounding,
And for your overall basic needs.
So please relax into a comfortable position and just allow the flow of these words to come deep into the recesses of your mind,
Bringing mind,
Body and soul together as one.
So just sit comfortably,
Relax and receive these words of love to rebalance this center knowing that all is indeed well.
So begin by adjusting your spine for the Root Chakra is at the base of your spine.
And allow yourself to envision this beautiful glowing red ball at the base of your spine.
And as this chakra center begins to radiate out in every direction,
It radiates out this beautiful loving light,
Lighting the way and harmonizing all aspects of your being,
Returning you back into full balance.
So take a nice deep breath in and simply allow.
And as we begin with this meditation,
Knowing that all is indeed right and perfect at this very now moment and that all is indeed and will be made just.
So we begin now with these affirmations to access this center,
To reconnect you with your divine self and allow the flow of this chakra center to return once again to this original divine flow.
As we now speak the words,
