Welcome.
Let's pause.
And sit comfortably.
Feet flat on the ground.
Hands resting gently.
And I feel okay.
Gently close your eyes.
Take a slow breathe in.
And gently Breathe out.
Breathe in.
And breathe out.
Let your shoulders drop.
Your jaw and clench.
Your face softened.
Nothing to do right now.
Nowhere to go.
Bring your attention to your breath Breathe in.
Read all.
And letting things settle for a moment.
Slowly shift your focus.
Think of one small thing from today.
Something simple.
That you felt grateful for.
Not something big or dramatic.
Maybe a conversation.
Family time.
A cup of coffee?
A moment of quiet.
Or even getting through the day.
Let that moment come to your mind.
As you think of it.
Notice how you felt about it.
How did your body feel?
Stay with that for a few seconds.
See if you can go a little deeper.
Why does this matter to you?
What about this moment made it meaningful?
Maybe it made you feel supported or calmed.
Or seen.
Or heard.
Or just a little more human.
Now take a deep breath in.
And as you breathe out.
Let that feeling of gratitude expand just a little.
Not forced,
Gently allowing it to expand.
No.
Bring to mind a person.
Someone you appreciate.
Maybe someone you worked with?
Someone who hate you.
Or someone who was simply kind to you.
You don't have to say anything.
Just bring them to mind.
And silently Say thank you.
Notice the slight shift.
In your body,
Your breath.
Or your mind.
Gratitude doesn't have to be big.
It just has to be noticed.
Take one more breath in.
And gently Let it go.
And just register this.
In the middle of a busy,
Distracted day.
You paused and chose what to focus on.
Gratitude doesn't change your schedule.
But it changes how you experience it.
When you feel ready.
Bring your awareness back to your body.
And softly open your eyes.
I hope you feel a little more grateful and happy.
Remember,
This space is always there for you.
Take care and have a good day.
