Welcome.
Take a moment.
To arrive.
No need to fix anything right now.
No need to push through.
Just arrive.
Gently.
Close your eyes.
Or soften your gaze.
Let your breath come back to you.
Naturally.
Notice where you are holding tension.
Maybe around the injured area.
Maybe somewhere else in your body Just notice.
You don't need to change it.
Just acknowledge it.
Bring your awareness.
Gently.
Towards the area of discomfort.
Not to analyze it.
Not to judge it.
But simply.
To be with it.
If there is pain,
See if you can soften around it.
Instead of tightening against it.
You might silently say,
This is what my body is feeling right now.
No story.
No frustration.
Just sensation.
And if emotions arise.
Frustration.
Feel.
Impatience,
Let them be here too.
You don't have to push them away.
Very gently.
Place one hand on your body.
Where it feels natural.
Maybe.
Near the injury.
Over your heart.
Feel the warmth of your own hand.
This is your body trying to heal.
Silently repeat.
My body is working even now.
Even if progress feels slow.
Even if it's frustrating.
Something within you.
Is still repairing,
Still adopting.
Bring attention back to your breath.
Slowly inhale.
Gently exhale.
With each breath in.
Imagine space being created.
Around the injury.
With each breath out.
Imagine a small release of tension.
Pressure.
Resistance.
Not forcing healing.
Just allowing it.
No.
Gently reflect.
This moment,
This injury.
Is not the end of your movement.
It is a pause.
Pause,
That is teaching something.
Maybe.
Patience.
Maybe awareness,
Maybe respect for your body.
You are still in the journey.
Just in a very different phase.
Now bring to your mind.
A simple image of yourself.
Not fully recovered.
But on the way.
Moving gently.
Feeling a little stronger.
A little more stable step by step.
No rush.
No pressure to prove anything.
Just a quiet,
Steady return.
Silently repeat.
I am healing.
I am rebuilding.
I will return.
In my own time.
Bring awareness back to your breath.
Back to your body.
As it is.
Notice,
Even in discomfort,
There is still life,
Strength,
And possibility.
Gently wiggle your fingers.
Your toes.
And when you feel ready.
Slowly open your eyes.
You are not behind.
You are healing.
I hope you feel better.
Remember,
This space is always there for you.
Thank you,
Take care and have a good day.
