Grounding Meditation For Starseeds And Lightworkers

As an EFT and Quantum EFT counselor, I sometimes work with clients who are very spiritually oriented but have a hard time feeling safe, centered, and grounded to Mother Earth. So, I created this meditation to help spiritually oriented folks and those who consider themselves Starseeds and Lightworkers feel safe in their bodies and become more grounded and centered.
