Each night, before I go to sleep, I like to remember the past 24 hours and focus on what I have felt appreciation and gratitude for. It helps me go to sleep feeling a bit calmer, more relaxed and positive about my experiences that day. I have created a short meditation - less than 7 minutes long to help me and others do the same. This meditation can also be used to help start your day with a positive and grateful attitude.
