Hi and welcome to today's meditation.

My name's Richard Moore and I'm very excited to take you through a very simple and easy exercise that's going to help you to really connect with who you are and the love that you have inside.

And so if you're feeling a bit disconnected right now from your heart,

From yourself,

From your body,

This is the perfect exercise to reconnect with what you really are so that by the end of this short meditation you're going to feel lighter,

More uplifted,

More connected,

More grounded and just feel better about your day and be able to add more to other people's day in a very natural,

Organic,

Authentic way.

So just closing your eyes and just sitting in a comfortable position and just place your right hand on your heart and just feel your heart beating and just really connect with that beating of your heart,

Inhaling,

Exhaling through the nose,

Relaxing the body and imagining breathing into your heart.

Might sound strange but just imagining breathing into that heart space,

Filling it up with air,

With life,

With energy and exhaling too.

Breathing into that space,

Filling it up with energy.

And then even just almost pretending that the sides of your mouth,

There's a smile that's starting to come and you're feeling that warmth of your heart and connected to it.

And just imagine sending yourself love.

So that breath is like love and you're sending it,

Breathing it in into your heart,

Filling it up with love and maybe the smile grows.

Breathing if it's not there,

Just pretending that the smile's coming and it will come most likely.

Breathing in that love,

Thinking of a time where you felt really loved and connected.

Think of someone that you love or that loves you.

Think of a loving moment and just let it grow,

Just double it in size,

Triple it in size,

Quadruple it in size and just feeling so good and that good energy from your heart moving through your whole body and just breathing more and the more you breathe,

The better it feels.

And then just allowing it to come.

Breathing into your heart space,

Connecting with your heart,

Feeling good for no good reason at all.

Imagine that you're connecting with yourself now,

Maybe your cheeks are lifting up,

I don't know,

Maybe you even start to laugh a little bit,

The belly starts to go,

But either way you're just feeling great and you're connected with your heart center that connects you all.

And you're just feeling good,

Breathing,

Knowing that none of it really matters,

As long as you have love in your heart,

Then that's all you need,

All you need is love and it's true.

All problems melt away,

Any problems,

Any criticisms you have of yourself,

Maybe that you don't feel like you're doing enough today,

Maybe you feel like you failed,

Maybe you need to do more,

Whatever thoughts you're having,

They just melt away when you feel this love.

Just love those thoughts,

Love that part of you,

Just criticizing.

And if there's any criticism of other people,

The same thing,

Just send them love,

Send those thoughts love,

It's all okay,

It's all gravy,

It'll all be okay.

And then when you're ready,

Just bringing that love with you,

When you open your eyes now,

Opening your eyes,

Coming back,

Back into the room,

Still feeling your hand on your heart and that smile on your face and just feeling great,

For no good reason.

And I want you to do this throughout the day,

Anytime that you feel like you're getting too into your head,

Too into thoughts,

Problems,

Just put on this meditation for five minutes,

Not even that,

And just reconnect with your heart and love and know that the problems will just melt away.
