Hi and welcome to today's meditation and kind of like a tip as well.

My name is Richard Moore.

Thank you for being here and I'm super excited to share this with you.

It's been so impactful for me,

So powerful for me and my clients and just people I love and care about,

Including you.

So I hope it helps you as much as it's helped me and them.

So if you are struggling with something,

You're maybe in overwhelm,

Fear of failure and you feel like there's a task,

There's something you want to do or create in your life and it just seems impossible,

It seems insurmountable.

Well I want to invite you to not do the impossible but do the possible or rather do what seems impossible by making lots of small possible easy to do steps.

Now I'm sure a part of your mind and this is the meditation part in particular,

A part of your mind might listen to me now and what I'm about to share and go,

Too simple,

Basic,

I know this,

I've done this before but that's where often I have gone wrong,

We can go wrong,

We can think something so simple that we kind of disregard it.

Meditation itself,

Watching your breath,

Watching your thoughts is a classic example of that,

Right?

How many people don't meditate?

They try it and again,

Too simple.

Whereas we know as we've meditated over a long time,

We know that if we apply this small simple thing strategically over time,

Consistently will create huge impacts in our life.

So on the face of things,

This might also seem simple and basic but if you apply this,

You're going to create things that normally seem impossible or insurmountable,

So challenging and create overwhelm or fear into lots of small things are so easily done that the possible will create the impossible over time and consistency.

So think of something that's really challenging for you right now,

Maybe there's a deadline you've got to meet,

A project you've got to create,

Maybe you want to create some art,

A song,

Maybe you're gonna go on a date,

Maybe you want to meet someone,

Create a relationship,

Maybe you're creating a business,

Maybe you have to do a presentation,

Maybe you have to speak to your child about something or your partner about something,

Whatever it is,

Maybe you want to learn something new,

Maybe you're studying a course,

Whatever it is,

Maybe you're trying to do exercise and get fit and healthy.

So whatever that thing is,

I want you to break it up into small chunks and think of what's the next step you could take,

Like the most simple next step that would take you less than 20 minutes.

Have a think about that,

Meditate on that,

Cogitate on that,

What's something that would take me less than 20 minutes that if I were to do that simple thing would move me just a teeny-weeny tiny incy bit closer to achieving that thing.

And we're not getting attached to achieving the goal,

We're just,

There's a direction and this first step,

We disregard whether it's right or wrong and if it's worth your time,

Just this,

Where you're standing right now,

As your best guess in the direction that you want to go in,

This is the next step I perceive to be the right thing to do or the closest thing to being right.

And then once I do this next 20 minutes,

Then I'll figure out what's the next thing to do.

So don't get ahead of yourself.

So what is that thing that takes 20 minutes?

Now when you've got that,

So for example it might be if you're doing a business,

It might be research how to register a business name.

Now I want you to then get your calendar out and schedule it in your calendar,

An actual time in your calendar.

Don't not do that,

If you don't do it,

It's unlikely you actually follow through.

Schedule that in your diary now,

In your calendar and then as a title,

It wouldn't be decide how and find exactly how I create a business name and register it.

It's just 20 minutes of researching how to register a business name.

So there's no outcome,

It's just a process for 20 minutes and then you set a timer.

When it's time,

Maybe it's Tuesday 9,

Okay time to research how to register a business name.

I just want you just to get your watch out,

Your phone timer and just set an alarm for 20 minutes and then just forget about it and you have 20 minutes where you're just going to explore that.

After 20 minutes is done,

That's it,

You're done.

You don't have to have any outcome occurred,

You just spent 20 minutes doing something that was possible and I guarantee you're going to feel good about yourself,

You're going to feel like you've achieved something.

I want you to celebrate it,

Say thank you to yourself,

Your future self is going to appreciate this and then you repeat the same process.

Maybe the next day you set yourself another 20-minute task to continue researching how to register a business or maybe the next step that occurs to you,

Okay,

Actually register the business and it's not that you have to register the business,

You just set yourself 20 minutes to do that.

If you get it completed,

Great,

If you don't,

You set yourself another 20 minutes another day and over time as the days go by you will achieve incredible things,

You'll be blown away.

So I invite you again to not disregard it as just simple.

So thank you so much for being with me today,

I hope this tool,

This technique,

This mindset is useful for you.

I wish you all the love and luck in the world to you and your loved ones and I hope to see you soon on another meditation.

Have a great day.

If I could, I would give you a hug. You were right. When the message first started with "doing the possible" my brain immediately went *groan*. However, I listened more and your message about not disregarding the simple things reminded me of something else which connected with me. That, plus your overall delivery, it actually felt more encouraging. So I thank you for this simple but wonderful message and I am off to do my 20 mins 🙏🏽
