This morning gratitude meditation is designed to move you into a state of being happy to be alive and seeing the abundance that surrounds you. You can practice by repeating to yourself what you are grateful for, with closed eyes or a hand on your heart (you can repeat after me; "thank you for the snow, thank you for the sunshine…“ invoking that genuine feeling of gratefulness within you. It might take time and that's okay ;) simply continue giving thanks Let the emotion of gratitude freely flow through you, don't postpone your joy for tomorrow. Life is about right now.
