Reduce stress and anxiety throughout the day with this deep nervous system calming, containing a visualization and gentle music. Guided yoga nidra is a soothing healing tool - a weekend or vacation doesn’t have to be the only way out of our stress. In these moments of non-doing, we create and integrate the calm energy to support us throughout the day. The more we practice, the easier it becomes for the nervous system to come to a place of calm.
