
Grief & Loss Meditation: The Echo Of Love Left Behind
Whether you are seeking a safe space to sit with your grief or longing to feel more connected to a loved one who has passed, this meditation offers a gentle container for both. Before you begin, you may wish to invite in presence by lighting a candle, burning sage or palo santo, or placing a meaningful object or photo nearby — something that carries the essence of your loved one. In this guided journey, we begin by softly moving through the seven chakras, exploring how each energy center relates to our experience of grief. From there, we ease into a gentle visualization to honor and connect with the loved one we’ve lost. We close with a loving-kindness meditation—nurturing ourselves, sending love to those who have passed, and extending compassion to all who are walking the path of grief.
