Welcome to a Breathing Meditation for the Heart Chakra by Planet and Peace of Mind.

Thanks for being here.

We'll begin by finding a laying down position on your mats.

You can choose to also remain seated if that works better for you.

I invite you to use bolsters,

Blankets,

And any props that will help you feel comfortable and relaxed during this meditation.

Go ahead and find your comfortable position.

Begin to tell your body to relax.

Envision your entire body coming into relaxation.

As you feel the muscles in your body release tension and melt into the mat or the seat beneath you.

Focus your attention as you relax the back of your legs,

Relax your feet,

And relax your ankles.

Release any tension remaining in your thighs,

Your calves,

And all of the muscles throughout your legs.

Finding support in the ground beneath you.

Sinking into relaxation.

Allow your lower back to soften and melt into the mat.

Release your mid-back.

Let go of the shoulders.

Releasing all tension.

Making any adjustments that you need to help feel more relaxed so that your body can be fully comfortable where it's at.

Inhale and rest your upper arms,

Your forearms,

Your hands.

Releasing all tension that may remain within the shoulders.

Allowing the body to make full contact with the ground.

Release tension from the muscles in your face.

Soften the muscles around your eyes and your forehead,

Between the eyebrows.

Release your jaw.

Allow your mouth to possibly fall slightly open.

As you begin to draw your attention inward,

Focusing on your breath.

I invite you to place one hand on your belly and one hand over your heart.

Observing the breath as it expands through the ribcage.

Tapping into a natural pace of breath.

Now,

Prepare for an affirmation visualization.

In your mind's eye,

Imagine you're planting each affirmation as a seed in the supportive soil of your heart space.

Visualize these affirmations or seeds sprouting with your love and growing into beautiful,

Vibrant plants and landscaping.

Focus on each affirmation,

Repeating them in your mind.

I am quiet and listen to my heart's song.

I choose to be united with all beings,

Visible and invisible,

In the realm of love and light.

Love opens and heals me.

I choose peace that surpasses all understanding.

I am love.

I am peace.

I am light.

I follow my heart's desire for truth,

Goodness,

And love.

I open my heart to all goodness.

I open my heart to all goodness.

I am worth loving.

There is love all around me.

I open my heart to all goodness.

Feel your heart responding to these warm,

Loving words.

The seeds of each affirmation that you planted growing strong and tall within your heart,

Supported by your loving energy in the garden of your heart space.

Now that you have planted a vibrant garden of loving thoughts in your heart and in your mind,

Set an intention for these beautiful sprouts.

This intention can be based on bliss,

Inner peace,

And love.

Visualize your intention.

What does it feel like to you?

Imagine it as a bright green light hovering just above your body,

Just above your heart.

Envision this bright green light swirling and growing warm.

Cup your hands around this bright green light and plant this seed in the garden of your heart.

Water the seed with love.

Tend to it with compassion.

Visualize caring for and nurturing for this green,

Beautiful seed.

Imagine it growing strong and tall,

Sprouting through the soil as it grows leaves and begins to bud with bright,

Beautiful,

Plank flowers.

As the flowers bloom,

You can see a bright green light radiating from your heart,

Radiating out from the garden.

With each breath in,

The light shines brighter and the garden grows denser.

It is filled with love.

It is filled with love.

As you exhale,

This green light radiates out through your body,

Through your ribs,

Through your abdomen to your toes.

It also expands upward past the heart,

Into the mind,

And all around your body.

This bright green light is bright and shining,

Full of love.

It fills every cell of your body and you feel its warm,

Glowing embrace.

As the green light spirals at your heart center,

You can feel it pick up speed.

It's spiraling,

Swirling,

Bright green energy surging through your body.

It blooms in a beautiful green hues and more flowers begin to pop up in your heart space.

Finally,

You feel your heart opening and blooming itself.

Your heart is open to love.

You feel its green,

Loving energy embracing your entire body.

Take a moment to just observe the bright,

Beautiful green light radiating from your body.

Observe the beautiful garden you've built,

Supported by love.

Each affirmation planted as a seed,

Nurtured,

Cared for,

And bloomed into beauty.

Show gratitude for the way you're feeling right now.

Show gratitude for each beautiful plant that you nurtured and cared for within your heart garden.

Enjoy the vibrant colors and scents that you have created.

Enjoy the awe you feel at the beautiful ecosystem you have built in your heart.

Know that you can come back to this warm place anytime,

Anywhere.

It is always within you.

You can always tap into love,

Compassion,

Forgiveness,

And an open heart by returning to your heart chakra.

To your beautiful garden in the heart.

As you breathe out,

The green light heals your heart and eliminates all fears.

Breathing in green light,

Breathing out tension.

Breathing in love,

Letting go of tension.

Breathing in green light,

Breathing out tension.

Breathing in love,

Letting go of fear.

As you inhale,

Tell yourself you are loving.

You are lovable and you are loved.

Breathing in green light,

Breathing out tension.

Breathing in green light and breathing out tension.

Bring your awareness back to your heart center.

Back to your chest.

Back to the heart chakra.

Visualize the swirling green light all around your body slowly getting smaller.

Returning back to the heart center.

Becomes a steady,

Consistent,

Swirling green light that fits right in your heart garden.

Nourishing your flowers and blooms.

The green light returns back to its normal function,

Supporting the heart,

Supporting you.

Repeat to yourself,

My heart chakra is working at a normal function.

Breathing in green light,

Breathing out tension.

Breathing in green light,

Breathing out tension.

Bring your awareness back to the natural flow of your breath.

In and out,

And in and out.

Notice the cool breath as it enters your body and fills your lung space.

You can feel your heart,

Your chest,

Your abdomen rising and falling with each breath.

Become aware of your body resting against the floor.

Bringing your attention to your toes and fingers,

Begin to wiggle them.

Allow yourself to shrug your shoulders.

Become aware of the room around you.

When you feel ready,

You can begin to flutter the eyes open.

Returning to the present moment,

Returning to now.
