Welcome to a Breathing Meditation for the Third Eye Chakra by Planet and Peace of Mind.

Thank you for being here.

Begin to find a comfortable position,

Either lying down or finding a comfortable place to sit.

Begin to allow your body to relax.

If you're lying down,

Allow your body to relax into the floor.

If you're choosing to sit during this meditation,

Allow your hands to relax on your lap or at your sides,

Whichever feels best for you.

Allow your eyes to close.

This is your time,

So allow all of your worries to stay behind.

Allow yourself to relax into the flow of the moment.

Whatever comes easily for you is just right.

There is only right here,

Right now.

The future and the past do not exist in this present moment.

Notice any sounds outside of the room.

Acknowledge them and then let them go.

Notice any sounds inside of the room.

Again,

Acknowledge them and then let them go.

Begin to relax your body.

Let your feet and your legs soften against the mat or the chair that you're sitting in.

Pull the shoulders away from the ears,

Releasing tension.

Stretch and flex the hands once or twice to relieve any remaining tension in the fingers.

Allow your body to melt into the floor or against the chair.

Begin to relax your head and your face,

Releasing the jaw,

Releasing the chin,

The cheeks,

Your nose,

Your eyes,

And the space between your eyebrows,

Softening the entire forehead,

All soft and relaxed.

Take a refreshing and cleansing breath in and release all the tension from your body as you exhale.

Allow your breathing to fall into its own natural rhythm.

Don't try to control it in any way.

Just observe the natural breath as you breathe in relaxation and breathe out any lingering tension.

Breathing in and breathing out,

Observing the natural rhythm of your natural breath.

If any thoughts intrude or pop into your mind,

Allow them to flow past and return your attention to your breath.

Each thought simply floats by and continues moving on.

Breathing in,

Bring your attention to your forehead.

Imagine a beautiful indigo light shining just between the eyebrows.

This light is swirling and spinning around gently.

Begin to notice how this light feels.

How does it look?

Try to get a sense of how it's functioning and how it's moving.

Do you feel any tingling sensation?

What thoughts are popping into your mind now?

Is this indigo light swirling and moving?

What speed does it move at?

Does it feel fast or does it feel slow?

What size is the light?

Continue visualizing this little indigo light around your forehead and observe as it begins to turn a deep blue.

And this deep blue glowing light begins to spread out gently and grows larger and larger as it swirls.

Now bring your attention back to the breath.

Breathing in relaxation and breathing out tension.

Breathing in relaxation and breathing out tension.

As you inhale,

Imagine bringing in that deep blue light with every breath.

Each inhale pulls in the vibrant blue filling your whole head,

Your chest,

Extending down to the arms and the hands.

This blue radiant light fills the abdomen and extends all the way through the legs to the feet.

Your entire body is filled with this radiant deep blue light.

Connecting all other chakras in your body.

Breathing in deep blue light,

Exhaling and releasing tension.

As you breathe in this deep vivid blue light,

Imagine bringing in that deep blue light with every breath.

It brings you clarity,

Intuition and vision.

And as you exhale,

This deep blue light takes with it all blockages remaining in your way.

Feel this warm glowing light as it gently spins and surrounds you.

Breathing in deep blue light,

Tell yourself you are all-seeing and all-knowing.

Exhaling anything that no longer serves you.

Breathing in deep blue light.

Breathing out anything standing in your way.

Continue observing this radiant warm swirling blue light as it fills your body and clears your vision.

Take this time now to just simply observe this light and to feel its presence all around you.

Now begin to bring your attention back to your forehead.

Bring your attention back to the swirling blue light directly between the eyebrows.

Repeat to yourself,

I have clarity.

I have vision.

I trust my intuition.

I have clarity.

I have vision.

I trust my intuition.

Remember that at any time,

Whether you're making decisions or preparing for the future or working towards new goals,

You can always tap into your inner intuition by remembering this glowing,

Warm,

Swirling center of energy between the eyebrows,

Across the forehead.

Lighting the way for clarity and true vision as you trust your intuition.

As you know that you can trust yourself.

Knowing that your third eye is a true connection to yourself,

To your inner knowing.

Keeping the attention at the forehead where that bright blue light is shining and swirling.

Begin to pay attention to the size of the light.

It's grown large and now this light will begin to grow smaller.

Returning back to its original small size.

Bringing your light back to normal function.

Though it grows smaller,

This blue light remains constant and glowing.

Repeat to yourself,

My third eye chakra is working at a normal function.

Begin to return your focus to your breath.

Remembering that at any time you can tap into your intuition by breathing in blue light and breathing out blockages.

Begin to observe the flow of your breath,

Breathing in and out.

In and out.

Notice how the coolness of the breath flows through the nose,

Down the throat and into the lungs.

Filling you with fresh perspective and breath.

Observing the natural rhythm of the abdomen as you inhale and exhale.

Every breath bringing more clarity.

As you inhale,

Begin to be aware of your body.

Feeling the entire body resting against the floor or the chair behind you.

Begin to bring your attention to the toes,

Slightly moving them,

Giving them a gentle wiggle.

Allow the sensation to wake you up through the legs,

Through the abdomen.

Inhaling awareness,

Exhaling anything standing in your way.

Begin to give the shoulders a slight shrug,

Drawing the attention to the feet.

Begin to give the shoulders a slight shrug,

Drawing the shoulders towards the ears.

Exhaling as you release the shoulders.

Begin to wiggle the fingers.

Gently rock the neck from side to side as you become fully aware of your body again.

Let yourself become aware of the room around you.

Begin to notice the sounds that are inside the room and outside the room.

Slowly bat the eyes open and allow your vision to become clear,

To become tapped into the present moment.

Your eyes are open,

Your vision is clear,

Your intuition is ready for the future.
