This meditation will help you find confidence if you may be struggling with a decision or a difficult situation you're navigating.
The solar plexus is a center that's responsible for personal power,
Self-esteem,
And confidence.
As we connect with the solar plexus chakra,
I hope that you'll be able to tap into confidence,
Self-esteem,
And your personal power to help you move forward in the right direction for whatever you're navigating.
So go ahead and find a comfortable position on the floor,
Or you can choose to remain seated.
Once you're comfortable,
Begin to notice your breath,
Observing each inhale and each exhale.
Become fully aware of your body as it connects to the ground below you,
Or the chair behind you,
Or the seat under you.
Begin to slow down your breathing,
Taking longer inhales and exhales.
Each breath filling the abdomen a little deeper each time.
Take a moment to notice the details around you.
Notice any feelings or emotions that you might be experiencing.
Breathing in and breathing out.
Begin to focus on your abdomen,
Just above the belly button.
Here is your solar plexus chakra,
The energy center responsible for personal power,
Self-esteem,
And confidence.
If you wish,
You can place your hands above your stomach,
Right above the belly button.
Here,
Imagine a ball of yellow light glowing and warming the abdomen.
The light is swirling and spiraling gently.
Observe its size,
Its color,
Its power.
You can feel its warmth radiating below your hands.
As you breathe in,
Imagine more yellow light flowing with the breath,
Going straight to this area.
The light begins to glow even brighter.
This warm,
Radiating light fills you with confidence and personal power.
You feel your self-esteem growing.
With each breath in,
The light grows and shines brighter and warmer.
As you inhale,
You see the light begin to flow throughout your body.
Every muscle and every cell wrapped in its warm,
Glowing yellow light.
With each breath,
You feel yourself becoming more and more empowered.
As you continue to breathe in empowerment and exhale and release tension and fear,
Repeat these affirmations in your mind's eye.
Inhaling,
I am worthy.
Exhale and release.
Inhale,
I am confident.
Exhale.
Repeating the affirmations,
I am powerful.
Maintaining your flow of breath with each affirmation.
I am entirely comfortable being in my power.
Inhaling,
I am free from power struggles.
Exhaling,
I am free from limitations from others.
I am positive.
I release judgment of others.
I release judgment of myself.
Inhaling,
I am free from the need to be in control of everything in my life.
Exhale.
I am free from the need to always be right.
I have high self-esteem.
I am motivated to get things done.
I manifest with ease and grace.
I use my power for good.
Reconnecting with the breath.
Inhaling,
I am deserving.
Exhale.
I am open to new ways of doing things.
I am in control of how I respond to situations,
And the rest I surrender.
I embody confidence and inner peace.
Inhaling,
I rule from a place of authentic power and control.
Exhaling.
Inhaling,
I set boundaries with ease as an act of self-care and self-respect.
Exhale.
Inhale,
I am worthy.
Exhale.
Allow your focus to return back to the warm,
Glowing,
And spiraling yellow light just above your belly button.
In your mind's eye,
Observe the big decision or situation that you were thinking about at the beginning of this meditation.
Imagine yourself acting and speaking with confidence and self-assurance.
Envision the positive result that comes from you taking this action.
Visualize this big decision or difficult situation and be self-assured in the decision or the action you take.
Visualizing and holding this moment,
Focusing and feeling the emotions throughout your body.
When you imagine the positive result from your actions,
What do you feel?
Remember how it feels to take action with confidence,
Self-assurance,
And to be empowered in the direction of your life.
Feeling the yellow light coursing through your body,
Empowering you with each step forward.
Breathing in and breathing out.
Slowly begin to imagine the yellow light returning back to its normal size,
Its normal function.
With each inhale,
You can feel its power beneath your hands on your abdomen.
Exhale slowly.
Inhale.
And exhale as your solar plexus returns to its normal size and your breathing returns to its normal rhythm.
Remembering that any time you need to tap into confidence and self-esteem,
This yellow glowing light is there to support you.
Inhaling personal power.
Exhaling and surrendering fear.
Inhaling confidence.
Exhaling doubt.
Inhaling self-assurance.
Exhaling and surrendering control.
Breathing in.
Breathing out.
Feeling the consistent and steady glow of the yellow light.
Slowly begin to bring your awareness back to the present moment.
As you inhale,
Feel the floor beneath you or the seat under you.
Inhaling expansion through the ribs.
Exhaling,
Releasing tension.
Continue to take a few deep breaths at your own comfortable pace.
Begin to wiggle your fingers and your toes.
Remembering the warm glow of yellow light is always there to support you.
Slowly begin to flutter the eyes open and return back to the present moment.
