In this short meditation, we'll use the breath to guide a warm, golden light through the body. The golden light connects us to our inner radiance. Use this meditation anytime you want to feel more vibrant and radiant. While it's best to do this meditation lying down, it can also be done seated with the bottoms of the feet on the floor and palms facing up resting in the lap.

Transcript

Begin lying down with arms by your sides,

Palms facing up.

Feel supported by the surface beneath you.

Bring your attention to your physical body.

Slowly,

Scan the body from the top of the head to the bottoms of the feet.

If you notice an area where you're holding unnecessary tension,

Guide your breath there.

See if you can soften and release.

Now,

Notice your breath.

As you inhale,

Imagine a warm golden light entering your body through the palms of your hands.

The light slowly travels from the hands to your wrists,

Arms,

Shoulders,

Coming into your chest,

Filling up your heart space.

Now,

As you inhale,

The golden light enters the body through the bottoms of your feet,

Warming as it travels up your ankles,

Calves,

Knees,

Thighs,

Hips,

Settling into your belly.

Breathing in,

The golden light now enters your body through the crown of your head,

Traveling down your forehead,

Eyes,

Ears,

Your whole face,

Down into your neck and throat.

The golden light travels all the way down your spine to your root.

Now,

Breathe in the golden light through your hands,

Your feet,

The crown of your head.

The light is traveling to the center of the body.

Feel its warmth,

Its vibration,

Its healing energy.

Your whole body filled with the golden light,

Glowing and radiant.

You can enjoy the warmth of the golden light for as long as you like.

If you are ready to release it,

Take a full inhale through the nose.

Exhale,

Release the golden light,

Knowing it is always available to you.

I offer you my deepest gratitude.

Thank you for allowing me to guide you in this meditation.

Many blessings.
