Let's begin in a comfortable position,
Seated or lying down.
Shoulders soften and relax.
Your hands rest wherever they feel natural.
You can close your eyes or invite a soft gaze.
Take a deep inhale through the nose.
Full exhale through the mouth,
Side out.
Again,
Inhale deeply through the nose.
Exhale,
Let it go.
One last time,
Inhale deep.
Exhale long.
And now we begin the day.
New morning.
New beginning.
Nothing to force or figure out.
Nothing to analyze.
Just a fresh start.
Bring awareness to the surface beneath you,
Supporting you.
The earth holding you.
Notice your breath.
No need to change it,
Just notice its gentle rhythm.
As you breathe in,
Can you welcome fresh energy?
As you breathe out,
Can you release anything dense or heavy?
Now bring awareness to your heart space.
Imagine a small,
Warm light glowing right in the center of your chest.
Soft and steady.
It's your life.
The light within you.
And with each inhale,
The light brightens gently.
With each exhale,
The light expands throughout your body,
All the way to your fingers and toes.
Recognize your light.
And take a few moments to enjoy the warmth and radiance of your inner light.
As your light continues to glow.
You might set an intention for your day.
Choosing a quality to carry with you.
What do you want to feel or experience today?
Perhaps peace,
Love,
Clarity.
Confidence or steadiness.
Now imagine that intention,
That quality,
Combining with your inner light,
Becoming one.
It becomes your breath.
Your body.
Your energy.
Imagine yourself moving through your day with that inner light guiding you.
Guiding the way you speak and the way you respond.
Guiding your actions.
The way you care for yourself,
And the way you care for others.
Take one more slow,
Full inhale.
And exhale completely.
Gently bring awareness back to the space around you.
Notice the steady rhythm of your breath.
And offer yourself this reminder.
I trust the light within me.
And move through my day with presence,
Awareness,
And intention.
And when you're ready,
Softly blink your eyes open.
Welcome back.
Light into your eyes.
