Transcript

Take a deep breath in through your nose,

And let it go slowly out through your mouth.

Again,

Inhale deeply,

And exhale gently.

One more time,

Breathe in,

And sigh it out.

Let your body soften,

Let your shoulders drop.

There's nothing you need to fix right now,

Just be.

Gently close your eyes,

Or soften your gaze,

And begin to imagine yourself walking barefoot through a quiet meadow.

The grass beneath your feet is soft and warm,

Kissed by sunlight.

Each blade of grass is a vivid,

Vibrant green,

Swaying gently with the breeze,

Whispering you're safe here.

Above you,

The sky is a deep,

Endless blue.

Fluffy clouds strip lazily by,

Each one shaped like a gentle thought you've released,

Floating,

Harmless,

Dissolving into the sky.

As you walk,

A glowing path begins to appear beneath your feet.

It shimmers in a soft lavender hue,

Your color of calm.

Every step you take along this lavender path brings more ease into your mind,

More peace into your chest,

And more space into your soul.

To your right,

A grove of tall trees sway in the rhythm with your breath.

Their leaves shimmer in gradients of turquoise and gold,

Like nature's lullaby,

Each one catching the light and casting playful reflections on your skin.

Up ahead,

You see a small,

Circular clearing.

In the center,

There is a pond so clear it mirrors the sky.

You walk toward it slowly,

And as you do,

Your anxious thoughts begin to gently peel away,

Like leaves letting go in the wind.

They don't need to stay.

They're not who you are.

Sit by the edge of the pond.

Watch the ripples move like soft waves of color,

Pinks,

Oranges,

And gentle greens.

Each ripple carries a whisper.

You are not your worry.

You are not your fear.

You are presence.

Visualize a glowing orb of warm yellow light rising from the surface of the pond.

It floats toward you and rests gently in the center of your chest.

This is your calm.

It pulses softly with each breath,

Radiating golden light throughout your body,

Dissolving the knots in your stomach,

The tightness in your throat,

The noise in your mind.

Let the yellow light expand down your arms,

Into your hands,

Through your hips,

Into your legs,

All the way to the tips of your toes.

You are now surrounded by a soft cocoon of warm golden light.

Inside this space,

Anxious thoughts dissolve like mist under the morning sun.

You are grounded.

You are held.

You are okay.

Take a moment to affirm softly in your mind.

I am not my thoughts.

I am the awareness beneath them.

It's safe to let go.

Peace is available to me now.

Breathe that in.

When you feel ready,

Begin to bring your awareness back to the room.

Wiggle your fingers.

Wiggle your toes.

And when you're ready,

Open your eyes,

Carrying that soft light within you.
