Welcome.

This is your time to let go.

Let the day slip away like a tide retreating into the ocean.

You've done enough.

You are enough.

Now it's time to rest.

To float away into a place where peace holds you like a warm embrace.

Close your eyes.

Let your body sink into the bed.

Fully supported.

Fully safe.

Let's begin with a deep breath in.

And slowly exhale.

Feel yourself melting a little more with every breath.

There is nothing you need to do.

Nothing you need to be.

Just this.

Just now.

Peace.

Bring your awareness to the top of your head.

Let it soften.

Let that softening drip down across your forehead.

Down through your cheeks.

Unclench your jaw.

Soften your tongue.

And let your whole face relax.

Let this wave of peace move into your neck and shoulders.

Letting go of any tension you've been carrying today.

Your shoulders drop a little deeper.

Your arms become heavy,

Warm,

Weightless.

Your chest is calm.

Your belly soft.

And your breath slow and gentle.

Let the relaxation move through your hips,

Down your legs.

Melting away any leftover tension.

And finally,

Into your feet.

Your entire body is relaxed.

Safe.

Held in stillness.

Floating in comfort.

Now imagine you're lying in a soft cozy hammock that sways gently above the earth.

There is no gravity pulling you down.

Only the sensation of weightlessness.

Like floating on a cloud or a quiet sea.

The air is warm but cool enough to comfort.

The sky painted in soft pastels.

Lavender.

Peach.

Silver.

And with every breath,

The sky shifts.

As if it's dancing just for you.

The world is quiet here.

No noise.

No pressure.

No expectations.

Just a gentle breeze and the sound of your breath like a lullaby.

You begin to rise gently.

Floating higher.

Safely.

Peacefully.

You're being carried to a place beyond worry.
