Good morning,

Love.

Let's take a moment to arrive.

Let your body settle,

Your breath deepen,

And your mind soften.

Whether you just opened your eyes or you've been awake for a while,

This is your space to come home to yourself,

To greet this new day with presence and gratitude.

Take a deep breath in through your nose,

And slowly release it through your mouth.

Again,

Deep breath in,

And let it go.

Feel your shoulders drop,

Feel your jaw unclench,

Feel your heart open.

Let yourself be here now.

Bring your attention to your breath.

Arise and fall,

The rhythm of life moving through you.

No need to change anything,

Just notice.

Feel the air nourishing your body,

Feel the steadiness of this moment.

Now,

Gently bring to mind one thing you're grateful for this morning.

It can be something simple.

A warm bed,

A safe home,

The sunlight breaking through your window,

The sounds of the birds chirping.

Hold that feeling.

Let it expand in your chest.

Feel it radiating through you,

Like warmth,

Like light,

Like a quiet yes to life.

Now,

Bring to mind a second thing you're grateful for.

Maybe it's a person you love,

Or something you've created,

Survived,

Or reclaimed.

Maybe it's simply your breath,

Reminding you that you are still here,

That you still get to choose how you show up.

Let this gratitude soften you.

Let it fill the empty spaces.

Let it anchor you into the truth.

You are enough.

You already have so much,

And more is coming.

Not from striving,

But from being in alignment with who you truly are.

Take one more deep breath in.

Hold it.

And slowly exhale.

As you step into your day,

Let gratitude lead.

Let it guide your words,

Your thoughts,

Your choices.

And when things feel heavy or uncertain,

Come back to this feeling,

This breath,

This moment,

This gratitude.

You are grounded.

You are ready.

You are held.

When you're ready,

Gently begin to open your eyes.

Wiggle your fingers,

Roll your shoulders,

And step into your day with grace.
