Welcome to this energy boosting meditation.
Find a comfortable position.
Resting your hands.
Opening up the palms to the skies.
Closing your eyes if you feel comfortable in doing so.
Now taking a deep breath in through your nose.
Filling your lungs completely.
Holding for a moment.
And then exhaling slowly through your mouth.
Let's do this a few more times.
Inhaling deeply,
Expanding,
Holding,
And exhaling slowly,
Deeply.
Allowing the torso,
The center,
To fill with oxygen.
To awaken,
To liven.
Now with each incoming inhale,
Imagine drawing in fresh,
Vibrant energy from the air,
From the space around you.
Feel this energy entering your body and gathering at your center,
Your core.
As you exhale,
Visualizing releasing any toxins,
Waste,
Negative energy from the body.
Imagining these impurities leaving your body with each out breath.
Making space for more positive energy,
Revitalizing energy with each in breath.
Slowly allowing the breath to return to its natural rhythm.
As we focus more on the cycle of inhaling energy,
Exhaling toxins.
With each inhale,
Feeling the energy at your center growing stronger,
Brighter,
More powerful.
With each exhale,
Feeling your body become lighter,
More purified.
More settled,
Ready for what's next.
Now visualizing a warm,
Glowing light at your center.
With each in breath,
Allowing the light to grow brighter and expand.
Filling your entire body with vibrant energy.
Filling the space around you with vibrant energy.
And with each exhale,
Imagining any remaining toxins and waste being pushed out.
Let go,
Leaving the body clean and energized.
If or when the mind starts to wander,
Gently bringing the focus back to the breathing,
The sensations of energy flowing through the body.
It's normal for thoughts to arise.
Simply acknowledging them and gently,
Kindly letting them pass.
As we return our attention to what we're doing in the present moment.
To us,
Boosting our energy.
Taking one more deep breath in,
Drawing in as much energy as you can.
And then holding for a moment and exhaling slowly,
Releasing any remaining tensions,
Impurities.
When you're ready,
Maybe even with a gentle smile,
Opening your eyes,
Bringing your awareness back to the room or the space that you're in.
Taking a moment to notice how you feel.
And inviting you to carry this sense of energy and vitality with you throughout the rest of your day.
