This is a deep breathing exercise. This deep breathing will help lower your heart rate, feel composed and gain focus. This is a great way to start your morning. Inhale slowly and deeply through your nose for 4 seconds. Relax your shoulders, breathe into your stomach. Exhale through your mouth for 4 seconds. When you release the air, purse your lips together, relax your jaw and aim for a whooshing sound. Repeat x10.

This is a deep breathing exercise.

This deep breathing will help lower your heart rate,

Help you feel more composed,

And to gain focus and clarity throughout your day.

This is a great way to start your morning.

We're going to start with relaxing your shoulders and focusing your breath into your stomach.

When you release the air,

Purse your lips together and relax your jaw to aim for a whooshing sound.

We're going to repeat this 10 times in this guided audio.

Inhale slowly and deeply through your nose for four seconds.

And exhale for four seconds.

Inhale for four seconds.

And exhale for four seconds.

Inhale for four seconds.

And exhale for four seconds.

Inhale for four seconds.

And exhale for four seconds.

Inhale for four seconds.

And exhale for four seconds.

Inhale for four seconds.

And exhale for four seconds.

Inhale for four seconds.

And exhale for four seconds.

Inhale for four seconds.

And exhale for four seconds.

Inhale for four seconds.

And exhale for four seconds.

Inhale for four seconds.
