This is a deep breathing exercise. This deep breathing will help lower your heart rate, feel composed and gain focus. This is a great way to start your morning. Inhale slowly and deeply through your nose for 4 seconds. Relax your shoulders, breathe into your stomach. Exhale through your mouth for 4 seconds. When you release the air, purse your lips together, relax your jaw and aim for a whooshing sound. Repeat x10.
