Pam Muir is an Advanced Certified teacher in the I AM Yoga Nidra™ method, trained directly under John Vosler and Kamini Desai, PhD with the Amrit Yoga Institute. She is also a certified Kripalu yoga teacher, Reiki Master, and holds certifications in Restorative Yoga (with Sudha Carolyn Lundeen), children's yoga, and chair yoga. She also offers gong sound meditation. Guiding meditation and breathwork is at the heart of Pam's teaching. She approaches these practices with deep gratitude and a sense of constant wonder at what they continue to reveal. In her classes, Pam invites students to celebrate the uniqueness of their own practice — to explore with curiosity, meet themselves with compassion, and find genuine joy in the connection between body, breath, and mind.
