I Invite you to take in a deep slow breath as we enter this full moon meditation Where we will release Anything that doesn't serve us and expand positive energy like confidence self-worth And increased Activities that boost our our physical mental and emotional well-being All you need to do is focus on your breathing there's nothing to do and nothing to think about As you notice your breath your body sinks deeper and deeper into relaxation And the angels and guides are here To send healing energy to you and anyone that you set an intention to send healing to right now I Invite you to imagine that you're outside in a green grassy field The Sun has set you're surrounded by stars feeling really really relaxed And I invite you to allow the light of the moon to travel through your body connecting you with the earth Clearing out anything that doesn't serve you And as a light travels through you will feel lighter and lighter and freer and freer more and more relaxed In the muscles from the crown of your head all the way down to your feet Will become loose then limber and relaxed And all you need to do is focus on your breathing Allow the angels and guides to clear anything that doesn't serve you And allow my voice to guide you wherever you may go as you sink deeper and deeper So as I count from 11 down to 1 the light from the moon is going to travel through your body Creating space to expand your energy Increase your confidence and let go of anything that doesn't serve 11 10 9 8 7 6 5 4 3 2 1 You have done an amazing job The muscles of your body are sinking deeper and deeper into relaxation And I invite you to allow earth healing energy Green light to rise through your feet up your spine Through your body all the way out the crown of your head Creating more space to expand your positive energy and And to invite your transformations for this full moon to anchor in and take place So just imagine this light is rising as you sink deeper and deeper into relaxation and your muscles become loose limp limber and relaxed and This simple practice is helping you calm your nervous system Boost your immune system and access a state of mind over matter 11 10 9 8 7 6 5 4 3 2 1 Allow the white light within you to merge with the earth healing energy Creating a color for you. Maybe you just know what color it is This color will empower you to reach for your dreams and maybe you will see it in Your life more this week these days as you reach for your goal But just allow it to expand Creating a bubble of protection all around you as I count from 22 down to one This bubble is infused with Reiki healing energy all around you The angels and guides are here to support you and in a moment You're gonna feel really light airy and relaxed Surrounded by this bubble, But for now just focus on your breathing and sink deeper and deeper into Relaxation with each number that I count you get lighter and lighter freer and freer more and more relaxed The light expands all around you creating a bubble of protection 22 21 20 19 18 17 16 15 14 13 12 11 10 9 8 7 6 5 4 3 2 1 You're comfy and cozy inside your bubble Imagine there's a comfy cozy couch or chair And you're super relaxed from the crown of your head all the way down to the tips of your toes But just to make sure you're super relaxed and to help you to continue to feel light Loose limp and limber and you begin to notice that this bubble begins to rise towards the moon we're gonna focus on relaxing different parts of your body and as as each body part relaxes Your bubble begins to rise closer and closer to the moon. You feel lighter and lighter and freer and freer and safer and safer in this bubble of protection Notice how your feet are relaxed and you sink even deeper Notice how your hands are relaxed Notice how your knees and calves are relaxed Notice how your eyes are relaxed Notice how your abdomen is relaxed Notice how your legs All the way from your hips down to your toes are relaxed And invite you to notice how your arms from your shoulders all the way to your fingertips are relaxed And invite you to notice how your spine your abdomen your chest All your muscles and organs all your tissues ligaments. They're all relaxed Invite you to notice how your face your ears your eyes your nose your throat your jaw all the bones tissues of your face your brain and everything is super relaxed and You're getting in lighter and lighter and freer and freer and getting closer and closer to the moon and in a moment When you're safe upon the moon's surface feeling really relaxed We're going to release anything that doesn't serve you and help you Create a safe space for your goal for this month and this full moon So just notice yourself rising higher and higher Slowly landing on the surface of the moon safely inside a crater Feeling really relaxed the angels and guides have infused reiki healing energy all around you You're feeling safe and supported in this space And I invite you to notice a star Above you and in that star. I want you to place your goal for this month that you will expand and make Actions towards Aligned action towards this goal That you will reach over the next 30 days Using this energy from today's full moon meditation And anytime you want to expand this energy again You can listen to this meditation and realign with this goal That you have now placed in the star above you It is safe there and you are super safe and supportive and I invite you to notice There are smaller stars closer to your bubble and In those stars the angels want you to place any limits any fears any doubts anything? That is a challenge for you within each and every one of those stars Maybe you feel five stars. Maybe you only have one Maybe there's a hundred. However, Many stars you feel is perfect. It is aligned to help you heal and reach your own goals So just allow it to happen Maybe you know exactly what goes into each of these stars Maybe you just surrender trust and allow the angels to guide you to do exactly What you mean to release? Just allow yourself to feel lighter and lighter and freedom for your and safer and safer in your bubble of protection And I invite you to notice that all of those limits all those fears all those doubts are swirling around now forming a bubble Swirling and swirling.
