Take a deep breath and relax.
Allow yourself to become completely calm,
Breathing in deep and slow and letting the air flow out of your body.
Become aware of your breath,
Allow it to become slower,
To become deeper.
Surrender yourself to your breath,
Letting it make you more and more relaxed.
Can you become aware of your physical body?
Take a moment to scan your body,
And if you feel any tension,
Now is the moment to let it go.
Feel your physical body,
All of your awareness,
All of your attention on your body,
Relaxing.
Breathing life,
Peace,
Acceptance,
And love into your body,
And letting go of any stress,
Any tension,
Any discomfort,
Just letting it go,
And now it is time to relax your mind.
Your thoughts,
They're like the waves in the ocean.
They come and they go,
But yet the ocean stays the same,
Untouched.
No matter how heavy the waves,
How big the waves,
The water stays the same.
Just allow your thoughts to flow by like the waves in the ocean.
Don't judge them,
Don't give them a label,
Don't identify yourself with your thoughts.
So,
Whenever a thought comes up,
Don't judge it,
Just accept it as it is,
And let it go.
Now,
Can you become aware of the fact that you exist?
This awareness,
Aware of the fact that I exist.
Become aware of this background awareness that has always already been there,
Unchanged.
Aware of you,
Of I,
I exist.
Become this awareness.
Become it so much that it moves from the background to the foreground,
Even before your thoughts,
Before your emotions,
And before the sensations of the physical body.
Just be.
Just being this,
Being here,
Now,
In this very moment.
There is nothing else you have to do.
Just be.
Exist with acceptance,
Without judgment.
Rest in this awareness.
Surrender yourself completely to this awareness,
Until there's nothing else but I am.
Dissolve in this awareness.
Whenever you feel ready,
You can slowly come back to your body now,
But feel free to just linger here,
In this present moment,
A little bit more.
