Loving,

Trusting,

Celebratory,

Awareness,

More consciousness to your spine,

Fears,

Scarcity,

Abundance inside,

Feeling abundance deepen throughout the body and mind.

Three exhales out the nose.

Three inhales through the nose and three exhales out the nose,

Allowing the belly to relax,

Bringing more awareness to your spine,

Feeling a beam of awareness,

Shooting up the spine all the way to the top of the head.

If your mind has been wanting to think,

Wanting to roam,

I want you to give total freedom to your mind to think,

To roam,

Intention to be inside,

Allowing restlessness,

Allowing anxiety,

Making no problem with anything inside,

Embracing all that's inside,

Being able to smile at it,

To see beyond it,

As you breathe in,

Coming back to compassion,

Coming back to patience,

As you breathe in,

Exhale,

Deepening awareness,

Expanding awareness.

The number is 1500 and the animal is a white tiger.

Sometimes we can be so harsh with ourself,

So harsh about the unfolding of life,

When it doesn't meet our expectation,

When it doesn't go perfectly,

We can become harsh.

So like this,

I've been trying to notice when I'm being harsh,

Even if it's not something very obvious,

But just subtle harshness inside the mind,

Almost like you're pricking yourself with the mind,

With the thoughts,

To be able to soften,

To open,

To be more gentle.

And with that,
