If you've been feeling stress,
Anxiety,
Depression,
Self-hate,
Self-doubt,
Feeling overwhelmed by school,
Overwhelmed by work,
Family,
Feeling misunderstood,
Perhaps even feeling joyfulness.
Whatsoever you feel is a-okay.
We're going to take some deep breaths and see if we can come back to faith and the unfolding of life.
Faith in ourself.
Faith in our awareness,
Our intuition.
Faith that everything is unfolding as it should.
And that we can trust it.
Despite the challenges,
The setbacks,
We can trust.
That being said,
Getting comfortable my friend.
You can close the eyes.
Tuning deeper inside.
Witnessing and welcoming all that's inside.
Even if there's anxiety,
Even if there's sadness,
Disappointment.
Witnessing and welcoming.
Dropping the shoulders away from the ears.
Relaxing the belly.
Relaxing.
Inhaling new life,
New energy.
Letting go of old life,
Old energy.
And exhale,
Letting go of worries.
You can come back to these worries later.
But just for now,
Putting them to the side.
As you breathe in love for yourself.
And exhale,
Letting go of negativity,
Inner criticism.
Putting the inner critic to the side.
Putting frustrations to the side as you breathe in patience.
And exhale,
Relaxing the shoulders,
Relaxing the hands and feet.
Doing good my friend.
Stay with me.
Aware of your posture as you breathe in.
Every cell in the body breathing in.
In every cell in the body breathing out.
And exhale,
Relaxing the belly.
Relaxing the chest as you open the heart space.
Feeling more kindness towards yourself,
More kindness towards other people.
Having forgiveness for past mistakes.
Past is past.
It's gone.
Coming back into this moment as you breathe in.
To think,
Wanting to roam.
Now holding the breath at the top.
And exhale,
Let go.
Bringing all the attention inwards.
Observing the mind,
Observing your body,
The breath.
Very gently,
Very lovingly.
For a few moments,
Allowing yourself to just relax into your inner space.
Witnessing and welcoming yourself.
Breathing into the whole body.
And exhale,
Relaxing the whole body.
The hands,
The feet,
The shoulders,
The face,
The belly.
Simply letting go of tension in the body with your awareness.
In a deep breath out.
Today I was reminded that love is not something that we just discover or can come to some definite idea of what it is.
Love is so vast that we can go on discovering it.
Uncovering new layers of love with our awareness.
To blend awareness with love so that it can be more total,
More nourishing,
More fulfilling.
If we just focus on awareness,
Without love it can be cold.
It can lack a certain warmth.
And if we just focus on love without any awareness,
It can be overly passionate,
Too fiery that you get burned.
So practicing this combination of love with awareness.
Awareness with love.
Taking a deep breath in.
Breathing into the belly.
And exhale,
Relaxing the belly.
The color for today is yellow.
The number is 19.
And the animal is a kangaroo.
