Just for you if you've been feeling some stress,

Some anxiety,

Anger,

Sadness,

Feeling restless,

Tired,

Hungry,

Can't let go of some of the pain,

Faith in ourself,

Faith in our ability to navigate the challenges we face.

Becoming aware of your posture,

Aware of how you're sat.

Witnessing and welcoming the mind as it is.

Observing how you feel in this moment.

Letting go of anger,

Letting go of sadness,

Disappointment.

As you breathe in trust.

Letting go of the sense of tension in the chest by opening the heart.

And exhale,

Softening,

Opening.

Holding the breath at the top.

Breathing in through the nose.

Holding the breath at the top.

And as slow as you can,

As soft as you can,

Exhale,

Let go.

Bringing all the attention inwards.

Observing your inner world very gently,

Very lovingly.

And as thoughts pass by,

I want you to witness the thoughts.

And welcome them like an old friend.

Not pushing anything away,

But embracing all that's inside.

Taking a deep breath in.

And a deep breath out.

Way to stay with it,

My friend.

So happy to have you joining me today across time and space.

Returning to your body,

Having love for your body,

Having love for your mind,

Having love even for the unpleasant emotion,

Sensations,

Mood,

Our inner climate that can be difficult to traverse from time to time.

Having love for this,

For all the teachings that it brings.

Sometimes clouds in the sky can provide for a beautiful sunset.

The same is true for our inner sky.

Taking a deep breath in.

And a deep breath out.

Breathing into the belly.

Exhale,

Relaxing the belly.

Feeling your heartbeat.

Know that you're breathing,

Know that you're alive.

We live to see another day,

But it won't always be this way.

Being grateful for your life,

Despite the challenges,

Despite the setbacks.

Taking a deep breath in through the nose.

And exhaling out the mouth with a sigh.

Breathing in.

Taking a deep breath in.

And if your mind has been wanting to think,

Now is the time to let your mind be totally free to think.

Aware of how you're sat,

Aware of how you feel.

Taking a deep breath in.

And a deep breath out.

Breathing in.

The color for today is yellow.

The number is four.

It's a falcon.
