Stressed.
Fed up with work.
Fed up with school.
Feeling anger.
Resentment.
Frustrations.
Loneliness.
Confusion.
Lack of motivation.
And perhaps even joyfulness.
We're going to take some deep breaths and see if we can come back to our trust in the unfolding of life.
Come back to our awareness of something beyond the anxiety.
Beyond the frustrations.
Beyond the negativity.
That being said,
Getting comfortable.
Becoming aware of your body.
Aware of your posture.
Aware of how you're set.
You can gently close the eyes.
Tuning deeper inside.
Noticing how you feel.
Letting go of thinking.
Letting the palms of your hands and feet.
Relaxing the face.
Relaxing the belly.
As you take a deep breath in.
Breathing in new life.
New energy.
Breathing in.
Breathing in love for yourself.
And exhale.
Letting go of self-hate.
Feeling self-hatred leave the mind.
Leave the body.
Self-hate never helped anything or anyone.
Coming back into self-love.
Compassion.
Patience.
As you breathe in.
Breathing into the belly.
Breathing into the heart space.
And exhale.
Opening the heart.
And exhaling with awareness.
And letting go of worries.
Letting go of future anxieties.
And something greater than ourself.
Greater than our mind.
Relaxing the body.
Dropping the shoulders.
Relaxing the palms of your hands.
Relaxing the belly.
Relaxing the face.
As you look in.
And if your mind has been wanting to think.
I want you to let your mind be totally free to roam and to think.
Holding the breath at the top.
And exhale.
Let go.
And if the mind has been wanting to think.
I want you to go on letting the mind be totally free to think.
As you witness and welcome the thoughts.
And a deep breath out.
Breathing in through the nose.
And exhaling out the mouth.
Taking three inhales through the nose.
And three long exhales out the nose.
Three long inhales through the nose.
And three long exhales out the nose.
Three long inhales.
And three long exhales out the nose.
Coming back into trust.
We can cultivate more trust with ourself.
By following through.
By staying committed.
By staying disciplined.
I'm reminded that discipline comes from the word disciple.
Which is somebody who is ready to learn.
Therefore the true meaning of discipline is the process of being ready to learn.
So by staying disciplined we're saying to life that I'm ready to continue learning.
By staying committed to things that I know serve my mind.
Serve my presence.
Make me feel good inside so that we can actually show up for other people.
Just by showing up for ourself.

Showing up for yourself by taking these deep breaths.
Looking inwards.
Remember that a lot of the external world that we observe can be more vast than we realize.
By shifting internally we can see the external world in a different way.
So keep working on your inner world with me.
