Welcome.
My name is Sami Birgit and I'm going to be leading you on this quick guided meditation journey.
So wherever you are right now,
Sitting,
Walking,
Lying down before bed,
It doesn't matter.
This meditation is meant to meet you where you are.
But wherever you may be right now,
Allow yourself to get in the headspace of taking a few moments just for yourself.
Your to-do's can wait.
Any decisions you have to make can wait.
The next few minutes are for you to reset,
Recharge,
And align.
So I want you to take a deep breath in slowly.
Ready?
And let that all go with an exhale.
One more time,
Breathe into your heart.
Slow,
Long,
Deep breath in.
And let it all go.
Exhale.
Relax your shoulders.
Often times we hold tension in our bodies and we don't even realize it's there.
So right now continue to breathe at a pace that feels comfortable for you.
But as you breathe,
Notice any tension in your body.
Do a quick scan,
Head to toe.
Head to toe.
Where are you holding on tightly?
Where are you storing fear?
Where in your body are you constantly trying to mull over decisions you have to make?
Scanning head to toe.
Remembering to breathe wherever you may be right now.
Just noticing.
Just becoming aware of where the shoulds and the I have to and the I don't know how,
Where all of those things are lying in your body.
Where is the doubt in your body?
Just noticing,
Scanning head to toe as you continue to breathe.
As all of this fear,
Tension,
Doubt rises to the surface of your consciousness,
I want you to feel it rise to the surface.
Imagine that this doubt,
This confusing energy,
Wherever it rests within your body,
Is slowly making its way gently to the surface,
Gently through your muscles,
Through the skin.
Gently being whisked away,
Away from your body.
Continue to breathe and feel this experience.
Notice that you don't have to do anything other than bring your awareness to the tension in your body,
To the doubt in your body,
With the intention of letting it simply dissipate.
Continue to breathe,
Scan the body,
Notice the tension,
The doubt,
The lack of clarity,
Rising to the surface,
Gently,
Gently passing through the skin and whispering itself away.
Notice this experience and continue to breathe.
Begin to focus your awareness on how this process makes you feel.
How does it feel to be able to see all of the different doubt,
All of the stagnant,
Confusing energy resting in your body?
How does it feel to actually hold all of these different energies in your awareness,
To see them,
To uncover them all?
How does it feel to gently guide them just with your will,
Just with your intention,
From deep within to the surface,
Guiding them to the surface,
To your skin and away from your body,
Just by allowing it to happen and creating space for this to occur.
Begin to sense how light you feel,
Lighter and lighter,
Almost clear as this process unfolds.
And now as you are creating new space within yourself,
Begin to breathe in fresh perspective.
Just notice,
Notice this fresh energy,
This light feeling,
This new possibility for new perspectives,
Taking the place of the old tensions that have left.
Feel your cells grip onto this new energy,
This light fresh perspective,
This newness.
Notice that this new energy making its way into the space you're creating doesn't feel heavy,
But rather it fills you with motivation and a lasting sense of contentment and peace.
Continue to breathe,
Witnessing this cycle of transformation that you've willed to happen.
Simply by making time and focusing your attention inward,
You've created space for your inner confidence to emerge.
Tap into this feeling of confidence that you've created.
Carry this feeling with you as you now take a long,
Slow,
Deep inhale and let it all go with your exhale.
Allow your breath to return to normal and your consciousness to return to the space around you.
And as you welcome your to-do list and your uncertainties back into your mind,
Know that you are capable of finding a solution that feels right for you,
One that you can feel confident about and stand by,
One that feels in alignment with who you are.
