In the morning, contemplate an intention for the mindset that you would like to hold for the day. Then, tap into your imagination to create this vision and feeling of this mindset to manifest. Empower and inspire yourself to create the inner reality in your mind and mentally rehearse and affirm this mindset in your morning meditation.

It's the beginning of the day,

You're just awakening.

Your brainwaves are still slow.

We can access and imprint your subconscious mind.

If you would like,

Come to a comfortable seat.

Breathe through the nose.

Breathe into the base of the lung,

The middle lobe,

And the upper lobe.

Exhale it out.

Breathe into the base of the lung,

The middle lobe,

And the upper lobe.

Exhale it out.

One more time.

Breathe into the lower lobe,

Middle lobe,

And upper lobe of the lungs.

Exhale it out.

Let's move the breath upward,

Into the center of the eyebrows.

So as you breathe,

Imagine you're breathing from your eyebrow center into the center of your mind.

Exhale the breath out from the center of the mind,

Through the eyebrow center.

Into the eyebrow center with the breath to the center of your mind,

And out from the center of the mind,

Out through the eyebrow center.

Last time,

In through the eyebrow center,

Center of the mind.

Exhale from the center of the mind,

And out through the eyebrow center.

Let your breath go back to a natural rhythm.

Imagine nothing but space in your mind.

Imagine space behind the forehead,

Behind the eyebrows.

Nothing but space.

As you gaze inward,

Imagine space at the center of your mind.

If you looked inside to the right,

Space,

To the left,

Space,

Above,

And below,

Nothing but space,

Infinite space.

Relax your body now,

Expand your mind space,

Contemplate your day.

What's the mindset you want to have today?

Do you want to be happy,

Or focused,

Or something else?

Contemplate the mindset you want to manifest,

Whatever your intention is,

If it's for motivation or inspiration.

Choose a state of mind that you know you can reach,

That you know you can manifest today.

Once you have that mindset,

Use your imagination.

What would you look like?

What thoughts would you have?

How would you feel in your body with this mindset?

Contemplate it,

The thoughts,

The feelings.

Einstein once said,

Imagination is more important than knowledge.

So use your imagination to see yourself with this mindset.

If you need to,

Pull from a past experience where you held this mindset,

Or from someone you know who embodies this mindset.

Use this to inspire you to hold the vision,

To think the thoughts,

To feel the feelings.

See yourself in detail,

Moving dynamically.

Meet the reality in your mind,

Mentally rehearse and repeat it,

Where you're holding this mindset throughout your day,

Firing up the neurons in your brain.

Believe in yourself,

That you'll manifest this mindset today.

Remind yourself,

This is what I choose,

This is how I choose to feel and think and behave today.

Where my attention goes,

My energy flows.

So I'll direct my attention,

My energy towards this mindset,

As I mentally rehearse my day.

Now repeat your affirmation,

With feeling,

With confidence,

As you visualize yourself moving through your day,

Knowing you will manifest this intention.

Continue to repeat this vision in your mind,

So your brain,

Your nervous system and body know what it feels like to live in this mindset.

Hold on to the vision,

Hold on to the feelings.

Put fires together in the brain,

Wires together,

Create a new reality from within.

Very good,

Come back to your breath,

Breathe in comfortably,

Exhale completely,

Breathe in comfortably,

Exhale,

Awaken to the day.

Have an intentional day.
