Taking your favorite meditative posture,

Seated or lying down.

Close or lower your eyes.

Sensing your body.

Softening eyes,

Inner ears,

Nose and mouth.

Softening the muscles of your face.

Relaxing neck and shoulders.

Attune to your breath.

Noticing it move in and out of your body.

Flowing freely,

Easily.

Breathe in deeply.

Exhale out from the mouth,

Relaxing into your body.

Making your exhalations longer than your inhalations.

A deep breath in.

A longer breath out.

Letting go.

A deep breath in.

Exhaling,

Settling into your body,

Into your sacred space.

A few more rounds on your own.

Relaxing the body with your exhalations.

Clearing your mind.

Let your breath flow into its natural state.

An easy state.

A fluid state.

Noticing your thoughts coming in and the thoughts passing by.

Just like clouds pass through the sky,

Let your thoughts pass through the sky of your mind.

Not attached to them,

Nor averse.

Just noticing.

Inviting in ease as you watch.

Nothing to do.

Nowhere to go.

Just be with yourself here and now.

Your beautiful self.

Let's go back in time in your mind to recall a time where you accomplished a goal.

You set out an objective to achieve something,

And you achieved it.

It could be as simple as waking up earlier than your usual time,

Or incorporating a healthy treat in your day.

It might be something larger,

Such as completing a project at work or at home,

Or encouraging yourself to do something out of your comfort zone.

Recall the circumstances.

What was the mindset you held?

Was there discipline,

Focus,

Maybe determination or inspiration?

Just noticing whatever shows up for you.

Did you have to engage in some planning or preparation?

Go back to that time in your mind.

The thoughts and feelings,

The decisions and actions recreate the circumstances.

Seeing the details.

If there were people around,

The smells,

The sounds.

Bring it back into your mind as if it's happening right now.

And if nothing is showing up,

Let that be okay.

Stay present with your body and your breath.

Believe in yourself.

Let's revisit the time when you manifested this goal as if it's happening to you right now.

What feelings arose within you?

Acknowledge all of those qualities live within you.

Aligning yourself with these qualities to help you to know your inner power,

Your inner resolve.

Revisit them like seeing an old friend from your distant past,

Feeling the comfort that this bond provided to you.

It's the same with these qualities and feelings.

Reconnecting to your confident self,

Getting reacquainted to the experience.

Getting reacquainted to the experience of you.

Feeling the comfort,

The assurity.

This can flourish as you believe in yourself.

You grow,

You open,

You illuminate.

Affirming.

I am whole.

I am worthy and believe in myself.

Be emphatic.

Feel the vibration of emotions aligned with these beliefs.

Knowing that you can transcend obstacles and challenges and even your own self-imposed limitations.

Allow these aspects of your personality to freely express themselves,

Reminding you of your inner reality.

Reality.

Holding onto this vision,

Holding onto these feelings,

You can transcend once again.

Gathering appreciation for connecting to this version of you,

Embracing the qualities that live inside of you.

Connected to these beliefs.

Connected to these feelings.

Connected to this version of you.

Move your awareness back to your breath.

Attuning back to your body.

Growing stronger.

Expanding.

Reminding yourself of who you are.

Knowing your true self.

Believe in yourself.

Breathe in fully.

Exhale completely.

When ready,

Open your eyes.

Have a beautiful day.
