Deep Sleep Reset is an 8 hour Yoga Nidra–inspired sleep meditation designed especially for night shift workers, second and third shifters, and light sleepers who need support calming the nervous system. The first 10 minutes include a gentle guided body scan rooted in Yoga Nidra (often called “yogic sleep”), helping your body transition out of stress mode and into deep rest. After the guided portion, the meditation flows into steady, uninterrupted sleep music to support you for the remainder of your rest. This meditation may help if you: • Sleep during the daytime • Wake after 4–5 hours and can’t fall back asleep • Feel overstimulated or wired but tired • Work night shifts • Experience light-sensitive sleep • Need nervous system regulation Dim the lights. Shut the blinds. Place an eye pillow over your eyes if needed.
